“In my 70's and have never had this kind of great CS and work performance way beyond 5 starts. Took my car in before anyone else could and were only 20 minutes from my home in SC. Unfortunately, before this car was completed, which didn't take them long my other car was hit a dear. As soon as I got the 1st car back I gave them the other one, which was also done very fast. But the best part wasn't the fast service, but the level of work that was done to both cars that went beyond anything I could have imagined. The front of the 2nd car (2014) looked like a new car just driven off the lot. For your info, I'm a christian and God says "and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death (Revelation 21:8) That's truly how great the service was.”
“I have always been a fan of O' Reillys. I went in today and was looking to get some help with a issue with my car. I was helped and they fully showed me how to use everything I purchased. I 100% recommend this store. The employees were very nice and knowledgeable as well with all my questions.”
“I've literally never had a customer experience this incredible before and it came on one of the worst days I've had in a very long time. My motorcycle while driving began spraying fuel down my leg during a long ride towards the beach after 3 hours of waiting for roadside assistance I had my motorcycle towed to advanced auto parts in a desperate attempt to patch it well enough to limp it back home. This ended up being the best decision I made all day. Given a lack of motorcycle capable service centers available at 5pm on a saturday I was out of options and slowly resigning myself to having to leave the bike out overnight in a parking lot and having a friend drive 2 hours to pick me up so I could come back with a trailer tomorrow. Instead, while attempting to fix my bike in the parkinglot and failing miserably (I write code for a living and while i'm learning i'm still a pretty inept motorcycle mechanic.) I stepped inside to ask one of the very helpful staff members If I can leave the bike in the parkinglot overnight or if it would be towed.
Not only did they say it was totally fine, Glenn called the managment team and got me permission to pull the bike into the garage overnight so it didn't get vandalized then helped me craft a pretty slick fuel line out of a couple parts and the remaining unpunctured origonal fuel line, that had the bike running better then before frankly (It looks like the previous owner had duct taped a patch onto it at somepoint before I bought it)
I just sat down to write this review as the first thing I did after getting home over an hour and a half away and the line never dripped even once during the several stops I made just to check.
Words seem inadequate for how grateful I am to both this advanced auto parts and Glenn and this is by far the best customer service experience I think I've ever had.

“My son had a problem with his exhaust system on his 2016 Jeep Compass. It had rusted and broken. We took it in and they had it fixed in less than 2 hours for 100.00 dollars. You can't beat a deal like that with a stick.”

“I was on my way to Myrtle Beach and a light came on for my battery charge system. I stopped at this auto zone as it was the closest. I needed to get an alternator changed. Kanye and Tyrone were very helpful and was able to get me the correct part and went out of his way to set me up with a shop that would install the alternator and get me on the road in time for my trip. The best experience I have ever had at any Auto Zone establishment.”
“02/25/2025 I took my vehicle to get serviced, and Dean saved me hundreds of dollars due to his tire expertise. PROMOTE HIM. He should be the one training people. That guy knows everything about tire & lube. I won't get my vehicle serviced again unless he's there, or someone he trained is working there.”
