Confusion and lack of communication rules this business. The women who work at this business are great, the men seem hostile. There are better places but you have to spend extra for fuel.

:: BUYER BE WARE ::Fraser Knoll is run by deceptive, immoral owners. They will offer you credit and then misrepresent what they have delivered to you. When you contact them to dispute the error they will swear up and down they delivered what you ordered. Then when you try to settle with them (knowing you owe nothing but wanting to resolve the matter without the courts) they will refuse to negotiate, take the matter to court and attempt to get liens on YOUR property to hopefully LEGALLY steal your home and business! Take it from me, I’m currently in the middle of a legal dispute with them over a matter of $3900! Oh, and I forgot to mention they’ll charge interest on this “debt”, they’re trying for 10k now! ??? These are the types of people that give the Christmas tree industry a bad name, and that’s saying a lot!

I bought a rake from these folks and it fell apart in short order. I have been trying to get a replacement from them for almost a year now. Many emails and phone calls with no results. They haven't even REPLIED to the last 8 emails. I would definitely avoid doing business with them!
