I called Landis Post office to get someInfo and the person I spoke with cut me off 5 seconds into the conversation. Very rude and unprofessional. I mean it was almost like she anticipated what I was wanting without letting me actually say what I needed to the point after she got finished speaking I just disconnected the call. I guess the most scary part about it is that I anticipated this type of behavior evil before I called. At times my people are so disappointed. I guess it’s like since her and her coworker have been working there for years. This type of behavior is the norm. Post office customers lives matter

I do a lot of business with this particular post office mailing packages for work multiple times a week, and they've always treated me well.

I get anxious before I go into the post office, the woman at the counter is the rudest person I have ever met. She stood there and called me a liar, and when I proved I was right she told me to get out. It got so heated a nice older lady came up to me in the parking lot and said she was so sorry I was treated so badly, she said no one likes her and I just read the reviews 2.2 by the way. I am guessing mostly because of her.

Today was a 5 star. The mean lady wasn't there. I was welcomed by the nicest lady today I have ever encountered. Fabulously awesome. What a pleasure. I had to build myself up to even go in that place. She made my day and my whole experience. What a difference. It takes less energy to smile and be nice. I hope the other lady either retired or got and fired. Thanks Landis for listening. I have left that place so many times so angry I could barely focus to drive home. Today, I smiled all the way home. I wish I had gotten her name, but I'm sure y'all know who was working today and the difference she's making ❤️❤️

Was someone please shut down the Landis post office? Every time I go in there something's not working. And I stand in line for 30 minutes just for them to tell me that. Every time I have to go to the China Grove location.

I just gave one star because you had to buy I would give negative if I could. I was their this morning and for the second time, caught a really bad attitude from the lady at the desk. She was also very rude to a sweet old white lady that walked in but in comes this black lady and she became the nicest person. I called her out on it and she just got more of an attitude, didn't disagree or anything. I'm not a racist person by no means but when someone is so obviously racist towards me, I'll call them out every time. Also, post master acted like it was no issue at all. She must have been racist to.

If you need to call the post office in Landis this is the number to get a human. Seven o four eight five seven nine eight one seven. This number will save you hours on hold.

Every time I’m expecting a package they always just stick a note in my mailbox telling me that they tried to deliver it and I wasn’t home. However many times, today for example, I’ve watched as the person doesn’t even make an attempt to get out of the vehicle and knock on the door. They just stick the note in the mailbox telling me that I have to come to the Post Office to pick it up. That’s just pure laziness and that person needs to be disciplined. Why am I paying for delivery of my package when I just have to keep picking it up myself??? It’s ridiculous and lazy! No wonder people would rather use UPS or FedEx, at least I know the package will be delivered to me like I pay for!
