I just filled up gas on pump #2, and after pumping, I realized I was charged $76 for 17 gallons of gas.When I went inside to let them know I was charged for premium gas instead of regular. They said they couldn't do anything about it.If I were you, video tape what you pick and check your receipt after pumping.I will be reporting them as well.

The only good thing about this gas station is Jade! The deli / restaurant in here is completely careless and rude they run out of biscuits which is all I really get from here 30 minutes to an hour before they're supposed to stop serving breakfast. And everybody just seems so hateful besides Jade, not only that they seem to only have limited help for Jade when she is there she will be the only one running front counter with a lot full of 10 people or more.

They are rude so I walked the hell out all because apparently they don't like to take change, I didn't get paid until the next day so they made a big deal about it over a pack of cigarettes, they need new staff not rude unprofessional people who think they know what they doing, other than that it's a great convenient store. I'm entitled to my opinion like everyone else, so just thought I would share.

Mostly friendly employees, but food side is a crapshoot, you never know when the deli is open. Another restaurant should lease the deli and offer some stability.

This place and Codie in particular are absolutely disgraceful. I am furious at this situation. If I could give negative stars I would. My boyfriend was in the store tonight to grab something to drink and Codie approached him telling him she liked his shirt. When he said “thank you”, she said she was surprised his English was so good. He’s a Latino man, who was born and lived his entire life here except when he was over seas risking his life and SERVING THE COUNTRY in the Marine Corps. Now she could have stopped there but she went on to further degrade him, asking if he was a citizen, etc. How absolutely ignorant can you be? Like please explain to me how you can be so bold as to approach any brown person and insinuate that they’re not legal? No one should treat a customer (or person in general, obviously) that way.

Shopped there often. Every single time the register on the left was open, never never never the one on the right. I walked up to the same register as always. The attendant had their back to me doing some work. Turned and saw me standing there and continued stocking behind counter. I said " Hi there, $20 on six please" She turned, I showed a twenty to her and laid it on the counter so she could keep working and serve the customer at same time. She said " My register is over here" (the one on the right less than 5 feet from the one I was standing at). The money was in arms reach from where she was standing. I went out to pump gas , the pump never reset or turned on. I had to go back in. The twenty still there on the counter within arms reach, and she said I need to bring it to her register. I took my 20 and left with a few "choice" words.Never shop there again!

This Shell I have used since moving to Landis 11 years ago! To make a long story short, never again!! They double charged me & then my sister! $30.00 for $15.00 & $40.00 for $20.00. She is on disability & I am on SS. So, it may not seem like much, but, to us it is! I made several calls to different persons including Corporate! Nobody can help me get my money back! Sad they have to double charge good customers!! But, it became very clear, is, forget it, I'm not going to get my money back! People, double check your accounts! A sad, disappointed and a little angry,Former customer!!!
