I have an Oil Furnace.It had stopped working Rick can out today serviced it and put a relay switch on it .It was hard to find someone to work on my old Oil furnace.I was thrilled with everything he said and did he even offered a senior discount.Rick was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My family has been using Sloop for years and they have always been on time, friendly, and professional. They don’t try to just sell you a new unit like some of the bigger guys. They fix the issue and if something goes wrong after they’ve been out they make it right. Would highly recommend Sloop!

The very best in the business! I have worked side by side with these guys on several projects with my electrical company. Had an emergency situation with AC this afternoon at my home and they got it going and running like a top in no time and the after hours pricing was more than fair. This wonderful company had been servicing my very old system until it was time to be replaced a few months ago. The owner Stanley Sloop came out to my house to make sure I was satisfied with the installation, very impressed !! Thank you Stanley and the entire Staff at S.A. Sloop Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. You all were phenomenal & the level of customer service was above & beyond. Every person we communicated with was very pleasant & professional – they are all great to work with. The Office Staff was quick to respond to our need for air conditioning, they scheduled our service on a Saturday morning & were right on time to start the job of replacing our Furnace. Their work is excellent & their clean up after the job was excellent. We will always recommend them to anyone needing heat & air-related work. They are the absolute BEST !!!

A little over a year ago our AC unit, that was at least 22 years old, died. We called several local companies trying to get someone to come out to look at it and give us a quote for a new system. At least two places never even called us back. S.A. Sloop was quick to respond and came right out to give us a quote on a new Heat Pump, which they installed for us. We were very pleased with the price and service both, and probably should have a left a review then.
Today, the hottest day so far this summer, it stopped working. My husband called and left a message and only a few minutes later his call was returned! We were told someone would be here in about 30 minutes, and he was! (I didn't get his name, but he was a very nice and knowledgable young man.) Within about another 30 minutes he had the problem diagnosed and fixed! All within about an hour of our initial call for help on an early Saturday evening. To say we are pleased is an understatement.

We had a clogged condenser line and pan that wouldn't drain properly. Came out the same day, double checked everything we had done to try and fix and fixed the pan issue. Super quick, very affordable. Wish I had called them to start ?
