They were closed due to Easter holidays. This is my go-to shop for inspections, but needed an inspection ASAP, so it wasn’t anything dire, but I called, didn’t leave a voicemail, but got a return follow-up call. This is unheard of in 2024. Very friendly people at this shop.

Had the rear brakes changed. They were very professional. After driving it I noticed a noise while braking. Waiting for a call back. I did call on Monday at 4:50pm

Great people to work with! Bought several parts for 5.3 rebuild and cheaper than most auto parts stores with same or better quality. They told me some good information too for the build will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks

I’ve lived in multiple cities and dealt with multiple mechanics, but I’ve never had an experience like I’ve had here. The owner, Drew, is personable, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure you understand the “what’s, whys, and how’s” of the diagnosis he makes on your vehicle. It was a bit nerve wracking for me to find a new mechanic in my new town, but my experience with Real Value has been unmatched and beyond expectation. 100% recommend!

Paid for rebuild on my 2002 Chevy Express. This shop charged me 2800 dollars to rebuild my top end without inspecting the bottom end. I've now had to have the entire motor rebuilt again by a different mechanic shop and it runs Great now . When I contacted the shop owner Andrew Faulkner he stated I only paid for a top end job not a full rebuild and that it wasnt his fault he didnt inspect the motor. NO ACCOUNTABILITY AT ALL!!!! NOW IM 7400 DOLLARS INTO A 4000 DOLLAR REBUILD .

worst customer service. the owner looked hungover when we asked to talk to him before we left the car behind to explain what he was going to fix. he crossed his arms and said so whats wrong. i said nothing was wrong just wanted to talk to you about the vehicle before you work on it later today. the office smelled so bad with cigarette smoke i could barely breathe. he had the car all day and never even looked at it although it was his request we drop it off in the morning before 9 for him to work on. picked it up that afternoon and they didn't even ask why or nothing just handed the keys back. this place is a joke, if the attitude reflects their work look out!
