If I lived much closer, I would absolutely bank here. My daughter and I have had to deal with the estate and finances of a relative that passed away and banked with Fifth Third. Not only is everyone friendly, but Corrie and Michael have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty helping us sort things out. Twice we have had to go in to get their help and twice they SPENT HOURS with us and on the phone helping us go through everything. If they have been this helpful and kind and beyond patient with us who are not customers, I have no doubt that they would go above and beyond to make sure their own customers have a great and personalized banking experience.

I have had a issue since opening this account with my husband. I received 3 atm cards with the wrong name and then the over draft protection was not added. And of course its never their fault. Worse experience ever! I will be closing the account on Monday morning!

Went there specifically for an able account which their website says they have. The banker had no idea and had no idea what an able account was. I should have ran then but I didn't. Finally my money goes through and I can't get into the app. Apparently the banker failed to tell me it takes up to 14 days to access the app. I already waited 3 business days for my money and now I have to wait another 14? They'll tell you oh it's up to 14 days well I'm at day 9 so it looks like the whole 14 days will be the truth. A supervisor couldn't help and said there is nothing that can be done and I just have to wait.

Do not go to this location! If you are person of color or have anything on your record they will flag your account. I have been waiting on a check to clear so I can pay my mortgage but it hasn’t been applied to our account yet. When my husband called customer service (they were amazing) they informed him that our account was flagged by this branch. Stay far far away!

I have huge issues both with the branch and their customer service on the phone.I was briefly payed on a pay card thru 5/3rd and the people inside were rude in telling me they couldn’t help me and I could only get my money off the card is small amounts at a time per day via the ATM.When calling customer service I’ve been disconnected and hung up on so many times I got to the point of giving up for the day. I had the same issue the next day.The whole over all experience of using this bank leaves much to be desired. I wouldn’t not recommend trusting them with your money when you cannot even get into contact with them.

I loved loved my banker Sheldon.. HE gets 5 stars! but then starting noticing that my deposits were being help til they can run me in the negative. I put more money in, and they assess new fees ..a daily fee..individual charges..weekly charges..extended fees... I pray they aren't targeting ppl with disability. U said I was too much of a high risk because I was an overdraft risk. We fix any overdrafts in 24 hrs..n even with cash at the machine yall hold it at least a week. I will contacting Action 9 and picketing outside ur branches til this is fixed. I live paycheck to paycheck... I won't have corporate taking my money or anyone else's.

Friendly people, knowledgeable people, and excellent customer service. This is my new bank and I am well satisfied with my experience of creating a checking account and love the mobile app for my phone. Do not settle for other banks who just want you as a "number," choose 5th Third bank who values you as a person.

Not this branch location just 5th 3rd in general. I'm owed a lot of money do to someone else knowing my account information (5th 3rd isn't as secure as people think) but it would've been nice to receive my statements in the mail, since I didn't know you can get them online. (Was never told.) And I have had my account for 3-4 years. So I will be seeing them in court. But they decided to close my account. (Didn't receive anything in the mail, no email, no phone call. Nothing.) This branch here though is amazing. Employees are very welcoming. AND fix a problem if you have one. They don't beat around the bush.

Love this bank! I was skeptical about this bank (I've never heard of it), but it is awesome so far.Tenneill White is a retail personal banker at this bank, and she is awesome! She knows her job and she knows it well! She helped me set up my bank account and gave me advice on how to save money, so I switched accounts. The people who work here are awesome, polite, and friendly! I hope this will be a great banking experience forever!

We just had the best experience working with Personal Banker, Tenneill White at this branch. We just happened to be in the area and said, "Let's stop in here" since we had some time to kill in the area. Mrs. White was so helpful and pleasant and made sure that everything was taken care of before we left. She was professional, yet down home. Even before we saw her, the tellers tried to help us in hopes that they could resolve the issue without having to wait on Mrs. White's expertise. We really appreciate that effort, as well. The Branch Manager popped in to check on us, as well. This is what PERSONAL banking and #customerservice should be like. Too bad we had to find it an hour away from where we live! ðŸ˜
