Didn’t deliver a package, came up with a lie that the service address was not accessible. UPS delivers just fine.

My husband got off early to be there by 4 and they were closed. I cannot contact them directly and they will not leave package on my porch....too big for mail box. There is always someone at my house that could sign for it. WTH!!!!

I had a birthday present that was supposed to be shipped to my house and the mail lady didn't deliver it. Didn't even leave a note saying to pick it up at the post office. Nothing.
