Matt Coffey is a complete incompetent. His knowledge of the U.S. Tax code is sub par and his advice is borderline if not completely criminal. A referral has been made to the IRS CID.

Mr. Coffey your response to my review should tell everyone what they need to know about how you respond to clients with tax issues that you have prepared. If that's not enough maybe the fact that your mistake cost me approximately 10k and created a wonderful relationship with the IRS. Since using your services we have used on the shelf software and have had no issue. If anyone uses your services after reading this I wish them good luck!
