The staff at this pharmacy are great. Excellent service. They have even caught a couple of mistakes made by my doctor. Best pharmacy I have ever done business with.

Drove 10 miles one way to get Flu shot got there no one in line the lady ask can i help you? i said like to get flu shot she replied very snotty , You will have to come back in a hour, i replied i live to far away to come back. Today went to CVS walked in ask to get flu shot signed the paper was given shot and was on my way the Lady was super nice just saying what a difference

This grocery store is truly expansive. We came here while on vacation and couldn't believe the awesome selection they had everywhere - dairy, deli, produce, pantry goods. We were very impressed by the hot bar, but we haven't tried it yet because we brought food with us on our trip. (Next time we are in the area, we won't haul so much food with us! We'll buy it here!) We did try the salad bar, and it was fantastic!

Love this pharmacy. Flu shot and Covid booster easy to get and painless! Plus they are always available to give advice/info on your medications.

Professional and personable. I wasn't rushed through when there was some miscommunication between my old Rite Aid in CA to here. There was only 1 that didn't transfer when I moved here. They took the time to figure it out and help me.I feel very well taken care of.

I love ingles, they have the best bread rolls and the best jams. Everything they have is the best of the best. As I was shopping I was just amazed with all the different options they had, it's a big store, and almost everything you need is here. Definitely recommend

Clean and nice staff. Starbucks is served in the store. Great selection of fresh produce and gourmet food. They also have a great local craft beer selection.

The store and their products are good but as a customer the service of some of the people there is quite disappointing. Two women (An older women i believe to be named jackie and a young red head) are always so rude to me and many other customers with no reason. And as an open minded person I'm still disgusted as some of the manager district has made fun of some gay people including their workers. They pick pets and make it hard for other workers to do their best

We came in from out of town to spend Christmas as a family with our 3 year old granddaughter. We visited this location the day we arrived, Dec 22, 2021, as it was the closest supermarket to where we were staying in Lake Lure and they opened till 11:00 pm. We arrived at approximately 7:00 pm and went to order some deli meats, ham, turkey and cheese. When we approached the deli employee he indicated that the deli was closed, although there was a visual sign stating that they were open to 8:00 pm for the holidays. We were also told that they had no ham to slice, only the whole hams that were outside. Our daughter in law immediately noticed that there were 2 types of ham in the glass display and so, at that point, we asked to speak to the store manager. He came and we explained that we were out of town with a 3 year old and that the sign clearly stated that the deli was open till 8:00 pm and that, as he could see, there was clearly ham in the glass display. With no attempt to try to help us or compassion for our situation, at our request, handed us his name, the deli employee's name and where to write our complaint. We have owned a 2nd home in Boone NC for 20 years and we love the state as our experience with folks have ALWAYS been courteous, friendly and a willingness to help. I will be writing to their headquarters and DEFINITELY WILL NOT be returning to this location in the future.

Beautiful store with beautiful folks working here. Staff are friendly and attentive. The store is clean and very neat. You can tell the staff take pride in presenting to the public an easy well planned out shopping experience! Well done ya'll!!

We own a property in lake lure and this store makes it really convenient for us. Coming from so Fl we don't Have to worry about where we're going to find food or pharmaceuticals. It's also very very clean and they have a Starbucks inside !

Ingles is the big grocer in the area - if you're looking for a full service food store this is pretty much the only option and although that can sometimes mean higher prices due to the lack of competition I didn't feel like their prices were unreasonable especially considering the selection and quality. I've been in this store a number of times while staying in the area and have taken advantage of their service station positioned near the entrance to their parking lot on several occasions. The fuel prices were competitive and maybe the cheapest in town. The diesel pump is on the outside of the fuel island on the right side as you enter the property. If there are any negatives, the diesel pump was extremely slow and shut off at $75 requiring a few resets but there aren't many accessible diesel options in the area for larger RVs So it worked out. I'll definitely return when in the area...

Open for Thanksgiving! Yes! We are in need of some good local beers for the holiday! So this is so perfect! We were here yesterday as well looking for gluten free desserts from the fresh bakery. They didn't have anything and don't make anything fresh that is gluten free. However, one if the workers came out from the back and spoke to us. She said they were making key lime pies and could make us the filling within the pie crust. Great service and taking care of customers!
