Seems like these aren’t handmade but rather manufactured out of the country and when she runs out of Inventory, rather than notifying the customer, she waits until she has the inventory re-stocked and ships it 7,000 years later. If you politely email her about it, she claims it’s out of her hands and blames the postal service. Her refund policies are obnoxious and customer service non existent!Update: So, if someone orders a holiday theme collar 22 days before Christmas and you don’t ship it out for 12 days, knowing that it isn’t going to get to them in time for Christmas, you don’t think the right thing to do would be to notify them before completing the order? Or when they politely ask for a refund 3 days after Christmas when they still haven’t received the collars, instead of saying “sorry, it’s out of my hands” maybe you should offer a store credit or an exchange as an apology. I would think being that you are a small business, you would treat your customers better.

Always the best quality for my fur babies and I always try to share with friends and family to not only support this business but to spoil their four legged babies. Just ordered some bandanas for my dogs and some treats for my cats, can't wait! The owner is PAWsome and I really enjoy the thank you emails and emails as to when my order will ship. It's nice to have that confirmation. :)

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered waited the two weeks it said it would ship then contacted the seller on the last day it was suppose to ship on, she said it would ship that day. She cut off communication after that and then shipped it 11 days later almost a month after I ordered it. Still no communication from her end. Would not recommend this seller.

I ordered the orange pumpkins and a Christmas mousse bandanna for my Sadie. I cannot tell you how cute they are!! They fit her great, and I love how it slips right over the collar! I will definitely purchase again here again. Thanks!

One awesome family owned, operated, and Jennifer makes everything right in jet house. Will not get dog or cat clothes anywhere else. You must go look at this wonderful stuff she makes.
