“Love this place. I make soap and I first visited here about two months ago to pick up some lye. I bought all they had and took it to Scott at the register. Super friendly guy. After ringing me up, he ordered a shipment of larger bottles at a better rate! I came back a few weeks later and picked up six of them! Big time to Scott for ordering what I need and helping me save money in the long run. We will definitely be regular customers! ?”

“We came for an outdoor ceiling fan for a large sunroom with a modern look. The first person I located to assist me, helped me navigate the choices and located a cart and loaded it up. Easy check out. Since it has been installed, I can report that the guy who helped us was knowledgeable and we are satisfied with the purchase. If you're looking for fall decorations, check out their garden center.”
“I went to Goldsboro Lowe's to buy artificial turf. Online it said they had 92'. They had none. I ordered it online for pickup at Kinston Lowe's. We went there to get it but were told they didn't have it. We went back to look at what they had and they did have it. The guy fulfilling the order didn't realize it was on the rolls like carpet. We got what we needed and went to pay for it. The employee, Rob, who originally said they didn't have it, gave us a 10% discount for all the confusion. At least the employees in Kinston care about their customers.”
“As people around here know, there are a lot of flies and gnats here. Whenever I cut my grass I have a bigger job swatting gnats from my face, so I decided to go to Lowe's and get Repel -Max. What a surprise, no gnats only had 1 try to get my ear other than that NO GNATS. Recommend Repel -Max for anyone who has a problem with flies and gnats”
