I went from cruise control at 70 mph to limp-home mode on my way to Morehead City two weeks ago in my Tahoe and really appreciated the universe dropping me literally at Deacon Jones Chevrolet's front door at the next exit. My dog and I were welcomed into the service center right away on a Friday morning for diagnosis and our luck continued with the part available locally. We hopped on the WiFi and got some work done while the service team took care to get me back on the road within a few hours. I could not be more grateful to be put in the right place at the right time with capable help to get me safely on my way. Thanks, Deacon Jones Team!

These guys were great to work with. Jason, Billy and Robert put together a trade so I could upgrade my 2017 Silverado LTZ to a new diesel LTZ. Super easy and efficient and definitely worth the drive from Hampstead to LaGrange. Thanks for making it easy and efficient!

I took my vehicle about 3 weeks ago to have it repaired. I received the call back to let me know what needed to be done. I was first told one thing and they had to keep my vehicle a little longer to repair other things they found wrong. I had no problem with that. I finally got my vehicle back after two and a half weeks and it was still not running properly. The engine light was on when I picked it up and I told the service man that checked me out that it was on. He told me to drive it about three days and it should reset itself and the light would go out. I drove it for about 3 days and it started bucking and acting as though it was going to shut down. I took it back to the service department on Monday morning (I picked it up on Friday and right back on Monday). The same service man acted as though he didn't know me and told me to leave it and someone will check it out when they came in. I went by the dealership Monday afternoon and my vehicle was sitting in the same spot where I parked it. I went by Tuesday evening when I got off work and my vehicle was still in the same spot. I don't know when my vehicle will be repaired at this point. I paid exactly $2343.98 on Friday when I picked it up and I still don't have a vehicle. If they couldn't fix it properly then they should have told me and I could have saved all that money I spent to have it fixed. If it couldn't be repaired I could have used that money for a down payment to get something else. Even though I didn't want to get another vehicle at this point, I would have before I wasted all that money for unnecessary repairs if it wasn't going to work right. At this point I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to Deacon Jones of La Grange. When it was Dan Wise Chevrolet, I took my vehicle there all the time for oil changes and repairs, I never had an issue until now.
