“The prices are great (the membership will pay for itself), but the lines can be a pain (figure you'll wait 10 minutes before you can fill up). If you go early in the morning (pumps open a couple hours before the store), you can avoid long wait times for gas.”

The rotated stock makes every trip an adventure.Their Kirkland Signature brand is a standout for quality and value. However, navigating the massive warehouse can be time-consuming, and checkout lines are often lengthy. The lines move quickly with the experienced cashiers.”
“Cheapest gas in Raleigh and I did not understand why BJ's is more expensive in North Raleigh than what the prices in Garner but they do have different prices but Garner is the cheapest”

“We came here to get gas before our trip back home. We didn't go in, so this review is just for ease in getting gas. I have nothing negative to say about this Costco. But then again, I never have an issue with Costco.”
“I have received very good service from Katie and folks there. I do wish they make their phone service more reliable. Either get busy signal after one ring or have to leave phone messages most of the time.”
“Sam's is one of the places that has been great at making technology more helpful in store. I love the ability to scan as I shop with my phone without having to take everything in and out of my cart. I also appreciate the gas station and the free order ahead with free Curbside pick up for plus members. Cafe is nice inexpensive food - the only sad part is they recently followed Costco's lead in removing any options to have vegetables on the pizzas.”
“Costcos are all the same, sure. The aisles are wide, plenty of options, etc etc. We got a huge deal on a Sonos sound bar and speakers which is awesome. They were selling quick because of the early Black Friday deals. The staff here are really nice, too. It gets super busy on weekends but the lines move quickly compared to other costcos I've been to. Overall, it's a great Costco with nice employees.”
“I have watched 2 people yesterday and a couple today asking for birthday cakes be personalized and the only one that does them is off for 4 days. BJs has lost several very good sales as the people have walked away from the bakery empty handed. It seems that someone should be able to finish the cakes during every shift. Perhaps someone should look into getting the sales back on track?”
“I have been going to this location for almost 6 years now and the staff is always super friendly. Going out of their way to say hi since my face looks familiar. Just an overall friendly neighborly experience. Prior to covid, I would shop the business member hours and it was fantastic. The store is always extremely clean and organized. Every member seems to know their way around the store, so they're always willing to help you find something. The meat department is always very accommodating for whatever I need and willing to go the extra mile if I need something more specific. Wait times are never usually long to check out, so it is always a quick in and our experience.”

“They took my spare tire in right away on a Saturday because I had to carry it from where my car had a flat. It needed a new valve stem to hold air and be inflated. Awesome service even though they were busy for fitting something in that took 5 mins.”
“Impossible to get them on the phone BUT if you ever do - they are incredibly helpful, kind, knowledgeable, patient, professional and ready to schedule you in! Best tire warranty and most affordable tires. Incredible deal!”
“I use to work there it’s great place to work there . I was let go because miscommunication . I pick up extra day and told them I would work but they never changed the schedule so it said I was off. I work whole week after and Mrs . Lewis told me I should be fire for no call and no show . I apologize and told her that I was not on the schedule. I thought she might forgot or did need me. She was very rude and nasty. Threaten me by telling me she should fired and she said I’m going to write you up . Mrs Lewis I pray that you learn to speak and treat people with respect. Im thankful for the opportunity. I will still recommend family and friends to work there .”
