I have been depositing my paychecks here since I opened my account and today found out my account settings have been arbitrarily changed without having been notified. I can’t access the paycheck I just deposited. I’m beyond angry. Wells Fargo is an awful corporation that takes advantage of lower income folks. I’m just done with them. I’m going to Truist.

The teller was friendly, however I was turned away when I attempted to deposit a check which had my wife's married name, however she had not legally changed her name yet. I have done this before on numerous occasions with Wells Fargo, but they would not allow it at this location.

Tristen the business account rep banker is was very arrogant. He looks at us under shoulder just because my dad couldn’t speak English. Showing not willing to help to create a business account. Blaming at coworkers for lack of information provided. Don’t go to this branch to create a business account.

Marcus the Branch manager is awesome. Helped get my son set up with his first bank account and very helpful with even setting up online app on his phone. Marcus we need more people like you. Thank you!!!

horrible experience as a daughter of a hispanic immigrant. My dad went and asked for a person who could speak to help us who could speak spanish and was told he needed to wait for a man named “jose”, who worked there. Then a lady came and asked if she could help as she spoke little to no spanish but he said no as last time he had went she tried helping him but they couldn’t really understand each other so he told her he would wait for “jose”. So when “jose” was done he came and began helping my dad, he then started asking why my dad didn’t get the help the lady was asking and wouldn’t stop asking, so my dad kept repeating that last time he couldn’t understand the lady. Jose then rudely and offensively told my dad “to learn english and make an effort in this country”. my dad was in shock as he had said something so offensive. My dad has now made a report but i need to put this as people need to know that people here are racist and ignorant.

Clean, I have experienced friendly staff (business account), my only complaint is the waits. There have been no more than two tellers at a time. Their app makes up for it and cuts down on the bank runs.

The most rudest tellers ever! Act like you are putting them out of you ask them to do their job. Deposit my checks, give me cash back occasionally. How hard is that? Every time I come in here it is the same. Not just once.

Terrible bank. Went in to close out my deceased brothers account. I had all the paper work they needed, literally sat there waiting for 45 minutes waiting for someone to assist only to be told that “it was Friday and that would take too long….” Uh what?? It’s 130 PM! You don’t close until 5!! I was literally the next person in line. I’m going to close out not just my brother’s account but mine as well. Going to first citizens, they’re way more helpful.

Understaffed. Drive through employees have zero sense of urgency. Do not come here expecting to be in and out quickly. That is just not possible. I think the employees here must have transferred from a DMV somewhere because that’s their attitude.

Understand staffed and poorly managed. They know that Saturday is their busiest day because people are off and yet they have only 2 bankers working. Which resulted in us waiting for almost 2 hours before we saw the banker. In the meantime 12 o’clock came and they locked us in and they don’t even have a restroom. What kind of a bank is that. Please take your money elsewhere. I know that’s my plan.
