Long waiting line. Finally spoke to someone who didn’t speak English and needed clarification from her colleague. I asked to speak to the pharmacist and was told he was busy in a dismissive manner. They told to go up front and use the zebra to locate the item I was looking for. Front CS two of them couldn’t bother to get off their phones and suggested I go back to the rear aisle and check the shelves. I chose to go out the front door instead. I was wondering how come there are four pharmacies in that crossroads. Now I know why

I went in today on Christmas. The store was extremely busy, but both customer service associates were cheerful and serving each customer with a smile. I feel as though they were genuinely happy to be there. Great job today, ladies!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Just had the absolute worst experience with them. The staff in the pharmacy are so lazy it’s ridiculous. Going to have to switch all of my family’s meds somewhere bc I cannot deal with them anymore. It’s not worth it. They’ll be out tens of thousands of dollars each month from our scripts(we have some pricey ones) but I doubt they will ever are about that. Walgreens gives zero F’s about their customers, staff, etc.

Get it together. People should not have to wait an hour plus in line for their medication especially after returning multiple times in one day and being told “come back in 20 minutes and it will be ready” to then be told their medication is still not ready. This happens to me all the time. The woman in front of me waited for an hour in line after already waiting an hour earlier in the day to be told to return soon and her medications would be ready. She waited with her baby for over two hours at your location and she was told her medication was still not ready. By the time I left (without all my medications you said would be ready after two days and multiple trips to this location) she still was there waiting for her prescriptions!And while some of the pharmacy staff here is pleasant, others have serious attitude problems and are consistently rude and judgmental. Thank you to those of you who keep that smile on your face while dealing with all of this. To the manager and cooperate Walgreens - your staff should not have to work under these conditions. As much as it’s not acceptable to have rude staff members, I think most of us would be pretty miserable working non-stop and dealing with customers who are upset all day about the company’s disregard for its customers. Increase your staff, expand locations in this area or just find a better system. This is not okay!

I started using this pharmacy about a year ago and it was alright until this past month. They lost one of my prescriptions sent electronically. I’m not even sure how that happens. And then they cancelled another without any explanation. Neither time I was able to transfer the Rx, take it off hold or pick it up. They were just gone. It’s frustrating to have to constantly call my doctor’s office to resend prescriptions so I’m leaving.A lot of times problems at a pharmacy are caused by understaffing, (which is not the staff’s fault) but this cannot be explained away by that. I usually take pharmacy reviews with a grain of salt but please be cautious when sending your prescriptions here as they may disappear or be cancelled with no way to get them out.

This place is in dire need of help, especially the pharmacy. It usually takes a while to get someone for check out, and if you can't you gotta try checking out at the photo center or the pharmacy.The pharmacy itself has the biggest issues and problems... they're short staffed and it takes 10 minutes or more just to get through the line... Come on Walgreens, I know you can do better

I will never recommend to visit this pharmacy, incompetent pharmaceutical gave me the wrong medicine for my 15 months baby, something that is very delicate to use, just phone call saying we give you the wrong medicine which is stronger, came back and spoke with “supervisor” and no apologies just laughing like she doesn’t care. Definitely no professional people.

This pharmacy is horrible and I will be going to corporate. The staff is rude and this pharmacy never has anything in stock. They have been giving me the run around for several days and when I follow up they seem annoyed. If you don’t want to come to work or don’t have a true passion for serving the community then you shouldn’t be working with the general public, yet alone in a healthcare field. To think most of these pharm techs are working towards becoming doctors! I would not want to be their patient. Do better Walgreens!

One of the pharmacy tech there is obnoxiously rude. She treats customers like trash. Very short, No greeting even when you greet her. I y asked insurance/ medication questions and she gave one syllable responses. I understand people have to work jobs they aren't crazy about to pay their bills but sheesh lady.. don't take it out on others. Not sure what her name is but I can see she's working on a stellar career in customer service.

This review is just for the pharmacy area i called at 5:56pm they left me on hold until 6pm so they didn’t have to answer. They close at 6pm i just had to figure out if they had an antibiotic i need but since they don’t take their jobs serious I’m just going to go to CVS instead smh. Whoever answers the phone if you don’t like your job just quit and find another one. Thanks

The absolutely fu@&ing worst will never fill a prescription there again pharmacist is not educated on how insurance work. I went to pick up my son prescription every pharmacy I go to always process the primary insurance and the secondary covers the rest. Mind you my child has 3 insurances and I have never paid no more than $10 for his meds. She tells me they do not accept champ Va that they can only process 1 insurance…end result I had to pay $90 for his meds..money is definitely not the issue but that’s why we have 3 insurances…will never get another script filled with them ever again…should of sent it to CVS or Walmart where I usually get my children medication from….terrible customer service, rude as hell…if I could give a negative star it would be a negative 5

The staff at this store is the most rude and incompetent group of people I have ever meet. I have had multiple instances at this store over the past few years, but always just overlooked it. Today some say was the straw that broke the camels back. I was at the window to get 5 prescription called in by 2 different doctors. I was told that three of them had to be filled 4 days later so I understand that this is the insurance, but I have been out of one of those prescription for more than 2 weeks. So someone is in the wrong there but that's doesn't matter to me I'll do without because not essential, so not a problem but the other two I really need. I was at the window at 4:30 and was told the two I could pickup was out of stock by a new guy I had never seen before. He looked lost finally another employee came to assist him but still told it was out of stock. I drove home 30 minute trip to find our that they texted my wife that at 4:25 that one of prescriptions was ready for pickup. So I went back to pick it up and bring to there attention what happen. When I asked to Speak to a manager she smiled and said that the manager wasn't there. So I told her the situation, her excuse was he was new. I said ok but not an excuse because he was assist by a long time employee. I suggested that maybe he needs more training or to be monitored. So I asked her could that 1 prescription could be forwarded to another store while she was looking for the one that they had. She turns around and tells me that I can figure out who has it on my own and tells me if I keep talking she wasn't going to give me the prescription that she had in her hand like she was God. This is not the first time we've had problems over the past years, but it will be the last as I will never return. I look forward to sharing my story with everyone I know and anyone else who will listen.

I know there are a lot of negative reviews but we had excellent and quick service at the pharmacy. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and helpful making sure that we had our prescriptions quickly. It was nice to have such a positive experience when you are not feeling well. Thank You!

I had to give them one star to post but the pharmacy is trash and really don't deserve any. My wife had dental surgery and took a prescription to this location for pain meds. Instead of telling her they were out of a specific drug and letting her go elsewhere to have it filled, they held her script and told her the order would be filled the next day. Never met anyone who has had dental surgery and would wait a full 24 hours to receive their pain meds - but I guess they think that's ok. If you're in the area, I would recommend Walmart or CVS - stay far away from this place.
