The pharmacy is horrendous. I never received notification that my medication was ready. I called numerous times with no answer. I arrived at the pharmacy four times to get my prescription. The third time, I was told it would be ready by 2:30... over three hours to fill a bottle with pills. I come back at 3:00 and am told it's out of stock. I won't be back.

This place is in dire need of help, especially the pharmacy. It usually takes a while to get someone for check out, and if you can't you gotta try checking out at the photo center or the pharmacy. The pharmacy itself has the biggest issues and problems... they're short staffed and it takes 10 minutes or more just to get through the line... Come on Walgreens, I know you can do better

I absolutely despise this pharmacy! Run, don’t walk away from this pharmacy. I had an appointment for a booster shot and this snotty girl behind the counter on 10/3/2023 had an attitude with not just me, but others! They told me I was next after an older couple that was already there, so I sat. After talking to the couple who had appointments for 2:40 and it was as now 3:20, they were about to leave when the guy finally called them back. After they left the guy went back behind the counter and even that was cool because I know they have to multitask. But then 10 minutes later he brings back someone they know that just walked in and skipped me and another lady that had a 3:30. At that point I was very annoyed and it didn’t help that once again the little snot behind the counter got an attitude again and rolled her eyes. At that point I asked for my sheet back so I can tear it up and leave. The pharmacist working this day was somewhat of a snot herself. It makes sense I guess. Monkey see monkey do! They need to just shut this pharmacy down!

The absolute worst service from any pharmacy I’ve ever felt with. They move slow like they don’t see 15 people In line?. I stood in line for 45 mins and was the 4th person. They never answer the phone or they answer and hang up. I called for 4 days straight ALL DAY LONG with no luck of speaking to someone hense why I stood in line 45 mins.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I have no faith in this pharmacy.

My medication has been hard to get for the past year, and instead of filling it when they get it in stock, I have to call and sit on hold daily for weeks at a time every single month.

The worst Pharmacy! They should consider closing this Pharmacy. The Pharmacist on duty on Sunday, 9/10 was rude and deleted my Mother’s prescription out of the system that helps her manage pancreas issues because she was frustrated with our questions. My Mother received multiple calls prior to going to the store indicating the store had part of her prescription ready and the full prescription would be ready at 2:45 pm on Saturday, 9/09. We get to the store to be told they are unable to fill her prescription and not sure if another Pharmacy near us has the capability to do so. What???!!! We were confused. Fast forward, we called another Pharmacy today, 9/13 and they could fill her prescription and was told when they tried to retrieve the prescription from the system it was deleted. What!!! Is this even legal? Now she has to wait until her provider sends in another prescription to have it filed and this could take up to 72 hours and she only has meds for up to 24 hours or so but definitely not 72 hours. I will be writing a complaint. This is not acceptable! Again, I would highly recommend you consider another Pharmacy, as this one is operating outside of the required guidelines. The pharmacist has no idea I work in healthcare and have a PhD, MPH with knowledge of healthcare systems’ operations. She will soon find out!!

The staff at this store is the most rude and incompetent group of people I have ever meet. I have had multiple instances at this store over the past few years, but always just overlooked it. Today some say was the straw that broke the camels back. I was at the window to get 5 prescription called in by 2 different doctors. I was told that three of them had to be filled 4 days later so I understand that this is the insurance, but I have been out of one of those prescription for more than 2 weeks. So someone is in the wrong there but that's doesn't matter to me I'll do without because not essential, so not a problem but the other two I really need. I was at the window at 4:30 and was told the two I could pickup was out of stock by a new guy I had never seen before. He looked lost finally another employee came to assist him but still told it was out of stock. I drove home 30 minute trip to find our that they texted my wife that at 4:25 that one of prescriptions was ready for pickup. So I went back to pick it up and bring to there attention what happen. When I asked to Speak to a manager she smiled and said that the manager wasn't there. So I told her the situation, her excuse was he was new. I said ok but not an excuse because he was assist by a long time employee. I suggested that maybe he needs more training or to be monitored. So I asked her could that 1 prescription could be forwarded to another store while she was looking for the one that they had. She turns around and tells me that I can figure out who has it on my own and tells me if I keep talking she wasn't going to give me the prescription that she had in her hand like she was God. This is not the first time we've had problems over the past years, but it will be the last as I will never return. I look forward to sharing my story with everyone I know and anyone else who will listen. Would be negative 5 star if possible

I had to give them one star to post but the pharmacy is trash and really don't deserve any. My wife had dental surgery and took a prescription to this location for pain meds. Instead of telling her they were out of a specific drug and letting her go elsewhere to have it filled, they held her script and told her the order would be filled the next day. Never met anyone who has had dental surgery and would wait a full 24 hours to receive their pain meds - but I guess they think that's ok. If you're in the area, I would recommend Walmart or CVS - stay far away from this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT get your prescriptions here! I have been to many Walgreens pharmacies throughout the country, and this is, by far, the worst. The staff is incredibly rude.

Absolutely dismal service. Was informed that prescriptions would be filled by a certain time. Gave them an extra couple of hours and said prescriptions still weren't ready. Recommend not using this particular Walgreens.

Don't place photo orders here. I waited a week and a half for a single photo, only for Walgreens to tell me to place the order somewhere else.
