Felecia is an angel! She truly had the magic touch and got my new phone to finally work! She was so personable and kind and by then end I felt like I made a friend. My experience was great and the customer service was wonderful. Pete and Syd were also very helpful but Felecia was who I got to spend the most time with while fixing my tech issues and I’m so grateful!!

This has got to be the slowest Verizon store. I arrived around 2:40 PM and waited until 2:57 to be checked in. Then around 3:15-3:20 the manager starts walking around checking other people in. Instead of helping the people in line which is okay but the lady instead of checking in decides to go on and on about her husband loosing his phone etc and then the manager starts showing her items and advising her how to fix the problem. That's not the purpose of checking in and waiting in line. Especially disappointing since I've waited here about 45 minutes just to return a phone charger cord and that's it. I would avoid this place at all cost.

I came to the store a couple of weeks ago and I must say that Ashonti was so patient and understanding of my needs. I'm not tech savvy and she helped me out tremendously! I would definitely come back to work with her directly!

The people here are wonderful! They took time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. Phones are not my thing, but the employees here were patient and fixed all of my problems.A+ to Pete, Kevin and Mariah!!

I got excellent service at this store. Someone came right over to greet us and Felicia then took care of us. She spent three hours with us because I was leaving T-Mobile for Verizon and T-Mobile kept stalling every way possible to not have to transfer my phone number to Verizon. We spoke to at least five T-Mobile reps, each more incompetent than the last until finally Felicia wore them down being far more knowledgeable than anyone we spent three hours with at T-Mobile and she got the service transferred to Verizon. This woman's knowledge, patient and commitment to great customer service makes me a customer for life at this location.

Our specialist, Syd, was extremely helpful! We had a malfunctioning iPhone and she set us up with the best deal. We had difficulty backing up the phone so she let us keep the phone backing up while went for lunch. Syd went above and beyond!

What ever issues you have, I highly recommend you go to another Verizon location or just do it on-line or use Verizon Support over the phone. This Verizon location has the worst customer service that I have experienced, they lack the knowledge of individual accounts, how each are structured, and do not assist you in any way. If there is a problem with your account they expect you to go online and fix the issue before they assist you. Never heard of that!
