I had an issue with my phone for days. I walked into the Verizon store. Pete, knew what was happening before I told him. I confirmed the issue, he fixed it and I walked out with a huge smile. He deserves a pay increase. Thank you Pete!

I had an issue with downloading some apps and went into the Verizon store in knightdale and was warmly greeted by Mariah and Syd. Both these young ladies were extremely helpful in solving the problem and they are both a credit to Verizon and this store. Thank you both for verifying why I’ve been with Verizon all these years !

The service at this location is the best for service and SUPPORT. Can't beat it. I worked with two employees, Dee and Pete, and they were outstanding. Thanks guys.

Felecia was absolutely helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend seeing her and coming here if you have questions about switching services or the many services they offer besides phones. Well staffed and not pushy.

Felecia is an angel! She truly had the magic touch and got my new phone to finally work! She was so personable and kind and by then end I felt like I made a friend. My experience was great and the customer service was wonderful. Pete and Syd were also very helpful but Felecia was who I got to spend the most time with while fixing my tech issues and I’m so grateful!!

This has got to be the slowest Verizon store. I arrived around 2:40 PM and waited until 2:57 to be checked in. Then around 3:15-3:20 the manager starts walking around checking other people in. Instead of helping the people in line which is okay but the lady instead of checking in decides to go on and on about her husband loosing his phone etc and then the manager starts showing her items and advising her how to fix the problem. That's not the purpose of checking in and waiting in line. Especially disappointing since I've waited here about 45 minutes just to return a phone charger cord and that's it. I would avoid this place at all cost.

I came to the store a couple of weeks ago and I must say that Ashonti was so patient and understanding of my needs. I'm not tech savvy and she helped me out tremendously! I would definitely come back to work with her directly!
