I had an issue with my phone for days. I walked into the Verizon store. Pete, knew what was happening before I told him. I confirmed the issue, he fixed it and I walked out with a huge smile. He deserves a pay increase. Thank you Pete!

I had an issue with downloading some apps and went into the Verizon store in knightdale and was warmly greeted by Mariah and Syd.
