I have been frequenting this facility for over 20 years, shipping items to my grandchildren and other family members out of state. The employees are always professional, upbeat and helpful. I have never encountered a rude or otherwise unpleasant employee. Knightdale is fortunate to have this facility so nearby.

The delivery drivers at the laziest people I’ve ever seen. Got a notification that my package couldn’t be delivered because nobody was home, while I was home and nobody attempted to deliver. They put the notice in my complex mailbox because they are too lazy to actually do their job and would rather inconvenience people and make them take the time to drive to the post office to pick up packages.

Don't bother calling about a missing package or literally anything because nobody ever answers the phone there.

I needed assistance shipping off an item and Steve was so helpful and gave above 5 star service! He was patient and made sure that I got everything I needed taken care of before I left. I truly appreciate his assistance.

Came in on a Friday morning. Not busy at all. I didnt get the ladies name but she was a Melanated queen with short hair and Gucci glasses. She was VERY helpful!!!!! Both people were very nice and helpful!

What post office opens for only 2 hours on a Saturday??!!!!! This state amazes me. Open from 9-11am……..ok then.

They are generally pretty quick, they’re very helpful too. There’s no big package drop off and no kiosk so make sure you check hours if you need assistance.

Every single person up front is the best, every single one! And I’m sure it reflects to the workers in back. Never have issues dropping packages off ( everyday)!, Always scanned out that day and on way, they make my day better with their smiles and welcoming demeanor. The postal service should give out medals or a party for them or something!!! Saw new faces from office, so I need to monitor before opinion, to be continued….

CAN IT BE EXPLAINED TO ME WHY I'M ALWAYS MISSING MAIL? I SIGNED UP FOR THE DAILY DIGEST & IT SHOWS WHAT MAIL WAS SCANNED THAT'S SUPPOSED TO BE IN MY MAILBOX & IT'S NEVER THERE.
