Toured the daycare, and it was Excellent!!! Awesome staff, fun, clean, safe environment for the children....if I decide to relocate, I will definitely enroll my children!!!

Young Explorers and Widewaters Learning Center are way more professional and willing to be transparent with curriculum and what your child is actually learning day to day. Teachers actually build a rapport with parents.. I can’t say the same for this center ..

I would recommend this daycare a 5 star… all 4 of my kids have been going there over 10 years…The staff are very friendly and understanding…my kids have learned so much from attending…they treat my kids as if they were they own… touch by an angel daycare is highly recommended

I would highly recommend this childcare facility for any parents that are looking for quality childcare. My child has learned and grown so much since attending the facility. The staff is always friendly and nice to me when picking up and dropping off my child which is a plus. I look forward to my child’s art work at the end of the month because he tells me about it everyday.

Very unprofessional, kicked my child out because the owner’s daughter has relations with his dad. Pictures were taken of my child and sent around as well. Didn’t want to leave a review however, I’m having to find childcare again & it’s been an unstable experience for my child who has nothing to do with all of this.I would be aware of any daycare who refuses to have cameras in the facility for parents to view & blames it on “covid”.

I don’t recommend this daycare at all! They are ghetto, unprocessed don’t have any type of discipline or structure within the facility. They have family members that attend the center in Knightdale and they show favoritism. It’s a lot of bullying that’s goes on and if your child is involved in an altercation or an incident they don’t even tell you. You will have many MANY problems with this daycare center as well as with the unprofessional staff. I had to pull my kids out of there. They don’t supervise those kids at all! They let them curse, pull other kids pants down on the playground in front of everyone. They let kids spit on other kids all type of stuff! DO NOT SEND YOU KID(S) HERE!!!!!!!!!!

I have been sending my kids to Touch by An Angel since 2016. Truly grateful for the director who ensures to work with us parents. My children have learned so much and I never has to worry about the care they were receiving.

WORST DAYCARE IN THE HISTORY OF DAYCARES BEING OPEN. THESE PPL SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ALLOWED TO OPERATE. THE EMPLOYEES ALONG WITH THE CHILDREN ARE MISTREATED BY THE UPPER MANAGEMENT.MRS KIKI NEEDS TO BE ARRESTED FOR FRAUD AND THE MISUSE OF FUNDS. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR UNPROFESSIONALISM, HUNGRY CHILDREN, DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEES AND MRS KIKI'S 3 BROKEN DOWN VEHICLES IN THE PARKING LOT THEN HEAD TO THE SKYCREST LOCATION.....THE MOST GHETTO DAYCARE/BUSINESS IN THE TRIANGLE. U KNOW ITS GHETTO IF THE BUSINESS IN HER CHILD'S NAME.BEWARE..... DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE.

This business should be called 'touched by the devil" seriously...1st the director Ms. KiKi is very rude and lacks communication and makes fun and mockery of young single parents. This business is cold hearted and unkind and allows unlicensed and unskilled people to watch the children. They want your money but they will call you and tell you to pick your child up hours later. This business discusses personal matters concerning the children to other staff. They are unprofessional and unorganized (Ghetto Fab). I removed my children from there and warn you Not to send your child there!

Worst communication skills I've ever experienced with any staff. Rude & unprofessional. They have a buisness phone that they can barely be responsible enough to answer & if they answer your call, they can't answer any real questions.

Awesome daycare, the office staff and teachers are great to work with on your child’s needs, they do a great job taking care of the children; I recommend this daycare very highly. My grandson loves to go, they do an exceptional job! Thank you

horrible, my son attended this daycare, I was not a parent on file but my wife was, and our son was abused and mistreated while he was there. this daycare is under investigation, please do your research before you bring your child here. Even former employees warned us about how they operate here. They barely feed the kids, instead of using the food voucher for the daycare to provide food for the kids, the owner uses it for her personal use. They yell and talk to the kids any kind of way. They use one particular classroom that has no cameras & the owner takes the kids who misbehaves to that classroom and mistreats them in retaliation. They've had a pedophile who is the owner's brother, help out around the daycare. There is so much dirt that goes on within this daycare.

If I could make those stars gold I would!!! I would recommend TBAA to any parent searching for childcare. Mrs. Pope is one of a kind. All of the staff are courteous, and respectful. Anytime there was an issue I was called and made aware right a way. The teachers are absolutely AMAZING! My family is relocating, and I'm so sad that we are leaving. My children love it here, and so do I. We(more me than the kids) are truly going to miss them!
