I have been shopping at this location in knightdale for quite sometime now. I have always had a good experience here & this time was not, we walked up to the register & this lady her name was Dot as I recall gave us an attitude right when we got up to the register for no reason… didn’t greet us or anything & usually that’s ok for me, maybe they’re having a bad day but the way she communicated was not how you should talk to a customer especially when we never gave her a reason too… she seemed like she did not want to work & why work at a place when you’re that ill-mannered. Other than that two ladies helped us with our return Jennifer & toni was very polite and patient which I appreciate.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE TJMAX ITS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO SHOP FOR MY FAMILY . THEY HAVE SO MANY DIFFERENT ITEMS FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY BEST OF ALL GREAT PRICES AND TO TOP IT ALL CLOTHES ARE NAME BRAND COULD U ASK FOR MORE ! YAH ! ON TOP OF IT ALL EVERYONE HERE ARE SO COMPLETELY NICE LOV THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY recommend 100%

I really enjoyed browsing the aisles here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was visiting friends in the area, and I will come back during future visits.

Clean but I waited in line. Realized when I got to pay that I forgot my wallet. Was gone less than the time it took for them to ring up the person behind me. Told me I’d have to go to back of line but he had my stuff. I didn’t want to sit through their line twice.
Second time with a bad experience at this location. Three times they’ve forgotten to get the sensors off my items. None of the other stores in the area have service this bad.

Went shopping at the Knightdale NC TJMaxx, While checking out my 3 year old son was dancing in the surveillance monitor as most kids do. The cashier Ethan says”I love that little crackhead”. I asked him to repeat it because I was sure I had heard wrong. He repeated it just as I heard it. I was livid and I won’t return!

I love shopping at the store and never run into any issues however, on June 4 I purchased two items and the African-American lady with the short gray hair, had an attitude with me and gave me nasty vibes after I told her no for the credit card did not appreciate that at all.

The store was very well organized and neat, however when my boyfriend and I went to return some items, Dot was very rude right off the bat. She sighed loudly and rolled her eyes at us and then proceeded to slam around her scanner very aggressively and was extremely unfriendly overall. She and a few other coworkers that gathered nearby proceeded to complain about the return right in front of us. I was very uncomfortable and decided to try and enjoy myself by browsing the store while my boyfriend finished his transaction. While walking in the aisle, I overheard other workers complaining about us. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for years, I can understand having a bad day but that doesn’t justify the treatment we received. I’m just really disappointed as this should have been an easy transaction, but was completely ruined with bad customer service. I won’t be going back.

This TJ Maxx is always stocked with the cutest items and is always very clean. Staff is friendly and there’s a great selection for lower prices.

Not often that I shop this side of Wake County and I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I entered store. It was bright and clean and had the air of a higher end department store. The checkout experience was also a pleasant surprise as the line moved quickly and the cashier was friendly. Sadly, the experience at the TJ Maxx stores in Apex and Fuquay-Varina aren’t nearly as pleasant.

I always enjoy a trip to TJ Maxx. I usually find good deals on what I'm looking for. Not always but usually. I've found Ralph Lauren, Kenneth Cole and other labels that carry a high price tag for a reasonable buck at TJs. So long as there's deals to be had, I'll keep going.

This might become my go to store. Plenty of merchandise available so, lots to chose from & the lines were totally reasonable.
