Ollie, the owner, also has an incredible sense of humor that helps take the stress out of a bad situation. I'll be making the trip to Knightdale for future, planned service needs. “I just dropped my tire off there today to be repaired. Hoping to get it back today. Our next step will be a full oil change and tune-up and whatever. We have two vehicles. Just dropping my tire off was it good enough experience to return for the tune-up / oil change / whatever else we can have done. But Brandon at the front desk was awesome and helpful and informative. This office is clean and organized and the whole building looks real clean and organized. They're a very busy branch. I will update the review after we have some more stuff done.
