“Great experience, wonderful staff. Purchased a pair of shoes that I thought I liked turns out once I got home I didn't. Took them back without a receipt and the staff explained the refund policy and that I could exchange them since they were on sale. Policy was posted in the store and on my receipt I just failed to read it so thats on me. I was more interested in another pair of shoes than getting a refund so there was no issue there for me. I only mention this bc the negative reviews seem to be all about the refund policy. What prompted this review was the great service I received each time I visited the store. The employees were amazing. All were helpful, patient and friendly (thanks Tre!) I'm not a people person and I hate shopping but I had a great experience. Literally everyone I encountered was great. Will definitely return!”
