Very poor service tonight I'd like to speak to a manager or something but they don't have a number in there to speak to anyone or a corporation or something because the gentleman that work tonight this is a Friday night December 1st he was very rude I tried to explain something to him and he got very rude and then he tried to say there was a bunch of people in the store and there was only one person he said he was a preacher and he was drunk as can be the service was very poor from him and there was a woman that was working in her she was very polite always nice to us me and my husband but the gentleman that was working tonight December 1st 2023 the people were very poor and the person was very poor in there tonight so if anybody owns that shall not shell and Knightdale North Carolina they need to get in touch with me so I could talk to him about what happened tonight the second time this happened to me in that store they need to watch the tapes too cuz it'll tell it all on the tapes thank you for listening to me

I like the fact they participate in upside . I do not like the fact that when I provided my own cup they charged me $2.03 for a refill . I didn't save that much by using upside I won't be back

A lady who works there is very racist . Had some rude threats made by her , don’t waste you time going there for bad services and dirty place .

What happened to this store? This use to be a nice place to go for gas, lottery tickets, and friendly service. It seems when the store came under new management is when things changed for the worst. I guess that’s why the old crew left. Most of the time they are out of or low with scratch off tickets, as well as asking for your DOB when purchasing them. WHAT! And there are a lot of new faces when stopping by, which is a indication that the workers don’t stay around very long. I rarely stop at this store now. I mainly go to other stations in that area. I accidentally deleted my earlier review and so I’m posting it again. I was trying to respond to a lame response I received from the owner of this store saying they were sorry to hear this, and the situation I described is a standard practice by banks & institutions when debit and credit cards are used to make purchases and pre-authorization is required. My review stated nothing regarding using a debit or credit card when making a purchase at this store. And that response makes no sense. In most cases when making a purchase with a credit or debit card, you swipe your card and when approved, you get a receipt. My review is about management at this store. Start there!

Update - pay at the pump still broken, another week and half later. Nearly a month now, it's like they don't exist in the 21st century. Original review from Oct 29 follows:Pay at the pump has been broken for over a week during a pandemic. Prices were never the best here but it was convenient. If you can't even take a credit card at the pump as a gas station what use are you?

This place really needs to fix the diesel pumps so you can pay with a card at the pump & not pay inside

This place is hit or miss. They can’t keep anyone behind the counter so it’s always a new face. They do have a fuel island for tractor trailers and a DEF pump. The fuel pumps are always slow, leaking or often not working at all. So if you need fuel it’s a roll of the dice
