Tried to use my debit card at 2 different pumps; rejected. Walked a 100yrds for assistance. He didn't say a word. Followed me back to pump, punched in something & said, "try it again." It worked & he walked away. I guess I'm a racist or to old to be respected. My last 15 mile trip to buy over priced gas & get treated with no respect.....

This is quick and convenient. Soft brush wash does a good job, and self-serve interior cleaning tools are provided. Good alternative to full detail. Usually get a discount on fuel. Recommend the top priced wash - it comes with a complimentary repeat wash.

The staff was wonderful in helping out and quick to lend a hand.
Today, I went early around 7 am and was like the first person there, and the manager and one other employee gave me first class service. By the time I got done with the wash and was wiping down the inside, both employees went to ask everyone if there was anything they could do to help great people, great time . Will be back, thanks

Went to Sam’s Xpress car wash in knightdale twice. Each time I went I received phenomenal service from the staff, specifically Cleven. The most recent time I went, I had a something on my car that did not come off the 1st time I went through. Cleven noticed it before I did and starting walking over, as soon as I parked to vacuum, and hand washed the portion of the car that was still dirty. Afterwards he allowed me to go through the car wash one more time to ensure my car was cleaned to my liking. This gesture (hand washing my car) happened both of the times I went and I am grateful for the service that this car wash provided. Definitely got the monthly membership, thanks to cleven

Nope nope nope. Been twice, car comes out almost as dirty as it goes in. Top this with having to vacuum my own car no hand spot drying by staff, I will never be back. I will give credit for the staff, but not enough to move me off one star. THE worst car wash I have ever had, TWICE. Not sure what the problem is here, maybe worn out brushes, who knows, but I won't spend another dime to find out.

I absolutely love this place I gave up my auto bell membership I met cleven at the gas station and he told me about Sam’s once arrived there customer services has always been amazing especially when cleven is on duty
