Great location, owners and staff. I have a small business and switched to this location in November. Very convenient and they sell all the supplies you need (boxes, bubble wrap, etc). They offer print services and mailbox rental (which we use through iPostal for the business) and much more! They also take my other packages like Amazon return (you must have a label or they print for you for a small fee), FedEx packages and UPS. They’re open on Saturdays too!

This place is always friendly and wanting to help. They helped my husband get something notarized, and they are always helpful with my shipping needs. We are so glad they are located here in Knightdale!

Have had to ship a big package, heavy, awkward and they had the boxes and supplies to get it out safely.In addition there is a notary, mailboxes and more.They service usps, fed ex and UPS. Maybe more.Always friendly and courteous.

The best customer service!!! Such a great establishment here in Knightdale. The store is very clean, well stocked from what i could see, quick friendly sevice and so convenient. I cant say enough good things. Will definitely use this store for all my shipping needs.

Excellent customer service and so friendly! I've visited them twice now to drop off FedEx and for stamps. They also stock the Chapel Hill Toffee. Yum! Convenient location with plenty of parking.

Great experience at Qwik Pack and Ship Knightdale. Came in for postcards for printing. They were able to take my design and print everything out for me. All had to do when I came into the store was send the files and sizes needed. Great welcoming staff, a much better experience than a regular printing store. Ten of Ten!

I had an amazing experience at Qwik Pack & Ship. The store environment was very welcoming. The staff are also amazing! They were friendly, efficient, and professional. I will definitely be back!
