That was the case with Aztec graphics. I understand things don't necessarily go as planned. I had issue with one of their decals. I had purchased from them . Not only did they replace decal but to make sure other decals wouldn't be a issue they replaced them. Businesses like them are rare and to see their are still companies that respect your business. “To Whom It May Concern:My experience I had today at the Staples on Wake Forest Road was positive. But it didn't start that way. Let me explain. I walked into the store with my pal Kyle and yea. I had my "big cup" of lemonade with me. No lid. Big whoop. We are harmlessly walking through the aisles and all of a sudden a white male, 26 years old, 153 pounds, starts walking towards me, with what I thought was the obvious intention to take away my big cup. As he approached me down aisle 7, I implemented evasive maneuvers out the back side of the aisle, only to find that another male employee (white, age 24.5, 162 pounds, 36in wing span) was approaching me from my left. Now a victim of an L shaped ambush, canalized into the narrow area between aisles 6 and 7, I had no choice but to stand my ground against the approaching staff. Turns out - they had just been trying to catch up with us to see if we found everything we were looking for, and actually, we did. Kyle came there for some rolls of tape and he found them. Scotch. They're nice. We made our way to the front of the store and I was able to hang on to my big cup and tested out some of the mechanical keyboards and gaming chairs on the way too, all without spilling a single drop of my lemonade. All in all a nice trip and I will be back should Kyle need tape again and I happen to be tagging along.”

Brian, a staff member, went above and beyond to assist me. Instead of simply allowing me to print the document out, he offered to print my document on the store's copier. This solution was not only faster than if I had printed it myself, but the quality was also excellent. I'm extremely grateful for Brian's exceptional service and highly recommend this location. “I had difficulty checking out with the sales associate for regular purchases, but I believe that can be easily remedied by some additional support or training from the store.
I WOULD HOWEVER like to give Mark out in Tech Support a humongous shoutout -- he is super knowledgeable about what he does, and seems like computers in general, and to things he didn't have an answer to at first, he took the time to look/research in to so that he could answer my questions when I went back to pick up my laptop.

“Read details carefully as this review is for the customer service provided!
I’m a teacher and ordered $80 worth of colored print for activities in my class. When I initially picked it up the print was double-sided and was supposed to be single. The lady had fixed it with no problem and truly appreciate it!
Fast forward 3 hours of lamination, I went to organize it and noticed half of my order was missing and duplicates were made. These duplicates were missing every other page so I called. The same lady and another guy were helping me and worked out getting it reprinted again (still waiting on it) and helping me out it additionally.
They are EXTREMELY short on workers so I understand many of them are working the department they’ve never done before, workers coming in from other stores and trying to hire more workers.
Two things:
-Provide grace for these workers who are trying their best given their circumstance
-I would recommend going to a different location until they get the support they need. I’ve been there twice trying to get this corrected and the line has been backed up both times.
Thank you to the workers (especially Kim) for helping me! Mistakes happen and I know you’re under a lot of stress being short of workers!”
