“USA Auto give you a very detailed diagnostic report when they service your vehicle. They let you know what you need now, and why. They tell you what to plan on for your next visit, and they tell you what repairs can wait and how much it will cost when the time comes. The new owner Rance worked with me to explain the fuel system (purge sensor) and suspension issues (sway bar end links), and fixed them all in the same day. I am already planning on bringing my other vehicle in soon for new tires and brakes.”

“It appeared to me that only one guy was working. When I pulled up he came to the car. It was raining hard. You can tell he's a hard worker cuz he wasn't worried about the rain. He said that it'll be about an hour but he came and got my car within like maybe 15 minutes if that pulled it in. I told him that my outer tray was hanging up there by zip ties. It appeared that he took care of that and replaced them, which I think is their job to put it back the way it was when it came in. Nice atmosphere. The only thing that made it bad was there's a woman in there cleaning her throwing coughing and such a small room not covering up her mouth. Standing over you stuff like that but my overall visit was a grade A. I appreciate you sir. I will be back. The price is were great for an oil change and I have poor synthetic so I will be back. Thank you for making mine first experience a pleasant one”

“I've been a customer since they were in their original location and have never had a bad experience. I've gotten tires, had them work on existing tire issues, had vehicles repaired and gotten inspections and they've always been extremely professional and reasonably priced. Terry and his team have worked me in when I was in a bind and helped me locate U-Hauls at other location when they didn't have what I needed on their lot.
I can't understand all of the bad reviews, other than assuming that they might have more to do with those customers than with this company.
Give them a try and you'll be glad that you did.”
