Rose was so kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the sizes I needed for a suit for an upcoming wedding. While I was there, I actually realized I was getting sized at the wrong company for my upcoming wedding (should have been My Black Tux Showroom). However, she was very kind and understanding, and she continued to size me, going above and beyond while doing so (i.e. writing my sizes down on a piece of paper for me). I really appreciate Rose and her outstanding customer service.”
