Jimmy helped my wife and I find the perfect bed. He was not pushy for the sale and listened attentatively to what we were looking for. He found the perfect bed that the wife loved and got the sale. I recommend dealing with Jimmy 100%.

Man.. Nick really loves working with people. He is really trying to work with my wife and I to get a mattress. He always trying to take care of us and listens to our needs. We need more people with his "people skills" and understanding that people bank with people". In the mattress terms. Lol.

Buyers beware. Mattress warehouse has a flexible policy when it comes to mattresses only but this apparently does not apply to the special bases that go up & down. My husband and I realized after buying a Queen that it was too small for us. We confidently called back because NICK adamantly assured us that if it didn’t work out we could always swap for something better. Only to be informed by Nick later that they don’t take back bases. Now we are out of $800. Wish they would have been more transparent about the bases being non returnable

Jeff helped me out so much ! I was in and out of mattress firm with his help. I told him what I was looking for and he went right to what I needed. He also helped load the mattress into the back of my SUV and even when it looked like it might not fit he moved stuff around to get it and I appreciated that ! Thanks Jeff and we will be back whenever we need our next mattress.
