“Had a great experience at the Knightdale Mattress Firm store this morning (Saturday) purchasing a new queen mattress. Our current memory foam mattress was not providing enough support for my husband’s sciatica. Dan, the store manager, reviewed several options in my price range with key features I needed. He was very knowledgeable about the various models and discussed the importance of an adjustable frame (which I had not even considered) to address my husband’s back issues. The specific hybrid mattress that seemed best suited was not officially on sale, but Dan was able to provide a significant discount on both the mattress and frame. Dan was very patient with my questions, I was able to test the various mattresses multiple times, and he never rushed the process. He was also able to schedule delivery for Monday. Thanks, Dan!”
