I stopped in here yesterday (2/19/2024) and had the pleasure of meeting Dustin, Jeremy and James - I needed an adjustment on my (cheap but good) watch and since most jewelers/watch stores didn't want to waste the time I came here and I'm really glad I did. SUPER nice guys, VERY helpful, just the kind of place you like to hang out at even after you've transacted business. That's pretty rare these days - I'm 66 (well, 67 in April) and remember places like this from when I was younger growing up. The fact that these guys are about 10 minutes away from me, have a ton of cool stuff (literally!) and just are great guys that are fun to be around is the cherry on top. Can't believe I've lived nearby for almost 5 years and never stopped in before. As I told 'em yesterday, I am a future regular customer.....if only to see what NEW stuff has recently come through the door....
P.S. They also will change the battery on your watch, which NO ONE does anymore. These guys DESERVE your business. Please support them.

This place is fantastic. I’ve been doing business with this place for years and always have a great experience. The entire crew is awesome, but shout out to James for always going above and beyond with customer service. Definitely appreciate places that are truly helpful.

James is the owner and is a very honest and fair guy as well as Dustin and the other guys that work there. Always very helpful and polite. Great place to sell jewelry and gold, and great place to buy guns and ammo. Wouldn't go anywhere else for business.

Took a while to get what I ask when i always picked up pawns. Idk why they ask when they're gonna give what they're going to give. Besides that, they are FRIENDLY. KIND. Treat people with dignity and respect. I can barely negotiate like most others in this state, BUT. I don't stop trying. I know I would travel an hour before I go near National.

James, Dustin and staff are wonderful and friendly. The store is constantly rotating inventory so there is always something for everyone. Their knowledge on jewelry, tools and firearms are far superior to others in the area. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed!!

Very nice people, it was my first communicating with them...I'm not sure of the gentlemans name that I spoke with over the phone but he was very friendly over the phone, I told him what I needed, he told me to come by to see if they could fix the problem, so I stopped by (it was two men in there, both very nice) and indeed he was just as nice in person.
~~~~~~~More business should be like the one he conducts!
