Best merchandised Kirkland’s Home that I’ve shopped in. It was pristine. Nothing was out of place. The color stories were great. It created and environment that makes you wander to shop and decorate a space. Highly recommend shopping at the Knightdale location.

RUDE CLOSING EMPLOYEE. The door was still unlocked and they didn’t close until the next two minutes, customers were still checking out at the register and the cashier with blondish brown hair put her hand up and said we’re about to close and made me leave. This was extremely rude especially bc I was just needing to grab one thing and there’s was customers checking out. Horrible attitude and not friendly and unacceptable. I remember being a store manager and we close once all customers are out never kicking anyone out before closing time.

Nice, well kept store. Knightdale location has a lot of variety as well. Certain items can be very pricey, however they do run good sales periodically too so it's worth it to pop in and out every so often.

Lots and choices, very friendly staff help me find what I was looking for and fit my budget perfectly. It was my first time really shopping herev and Cashier forgot to put in my email for future discounts that was a bummer. ???

It’s best to shop at Kirklands when they are having a big sale. Then the prices are very friendly. But anytime be sure to visit the CLEARANCE IN BACK OF STORE!

If I could give zero stars I would. Found item on-line that showed item in this store. Drove over an hour each way to find they didn't have item. When I asked if they could locate in another store was told to order on-line. If I could have ordered it on-line I wouldn't have driven to the store! Never offered to help me find it elsewhere. Called the customer service line and had to leave my number due to call volume....still waiting in that call. Kirkland 's just lost a customer.

A fun store for some unique home decor. Though I think we've ever really found one or two things that we really wanted for our home. Most of the items are pretty expensive and they cycle through things really fast so sometimes if you see something you like, you should probably buy it because it might not be there next time.
