Facility was in good condition. Curriculum seems to be standard.When on tour the person giving the tour asked the owner a question and got a shrug of the shoulders saying I don’t know! If you are the owner and you don’t know a question that’s being asked then who does?Does not have staff tenure.

Well, I thought we had a good place in Knightdale, finally. That wasnt the case. 2 children. One got kicked out the first day because of screaming and having tantrums. The childcare decided not to work with him. My second child did okay for 2 days, the 3rd day he was having a bad day, and I was called a few hours after I dropped him off. He is not allowed back. 2 children, no chances. Out. Zero tolerance. If your toddlers act like children and have bad days, this is not the place. You're welcome.

My daughters have been enrolled in KEC for almost a year now. Definitely better daycare then where my daughters care from. Mrs.Nicole is amazing one of my daughters transferred from her room to the 2 year old room and she has to go say bye to her almost everyday, it’s such a stress reliever to not have to worry about if my daughters are ok. Any miscommunications have been resolved almost immediately. Only thing I will say is I’ve noticed turn over rate I miss my infant daughters two teacher mrs.hope and miss.keyshane.

Back in January my husband and I visited the school and we thought it would be a great fit. I wish I would have noticed the red flags right away! I emailed Courtney letting her know that we decided we wanted to enroll our son starting in April. I asked her what the next steps are and she told me to setup a time to complete the registration paperwork. I responded asking if I could go in the following Wednesday to complete the paperwork. A couple days went by with no response so I emailed her two more times followed up by a phone call. I left a voice message and emailed her a THIRD time letting her know I have been trying to get in contact with her. I ended up having to stop by on my way home from work one night to pick up the paperwork. She told me that she was filling in for teachers that were out sick with the flu. I get it, people get sick and you need to fill in, but as a co-director wouldn't you make returning someones calls and emails a priority? I let it slide and fast forward to April when my son is supposed to start. I called the daycare FOUR times the week before his start date and all but once left a message on the answering machine. One time I talked to a teacher who said she would give my message to the director when she got in. I never got a call back. I personally would never bring my child to a daycare that I am unable to get a hold of. I find it absolutely ridiculous that it is that hard to get in touch with someone at a daycare center. It has been a week since he was supposed to start and still no call back. I have thought about trying to get my deposit back, but frankly I don't even want to waste anymore time on them. I am appalled that a daycare, a place that takes care of children for a living, does not have the courtesy to return a parent's phone call. I read through all the Google reviews and saw that I am not the only one who has had this issue, yet they still haven't corrected it. I hope their childcare is better than their customer service!

I absolutely LOVEE this Daycare center!! My son has been attending the 2's classroom for several months now and has excelled tremendously! He comes home every day having learned something new!They're center is so well presented, very nice and tidy all the time.

Kids educational center is a amazing place my children have so much fun each day. Every time they come back from day care they come home and they tell me about how amazing there day was ,also the daycare people treat you like family. I recommend this to every mother is looking for a great daycare .

We love KEC IV! My little one has learned so much in her pre-school class! Everyone has always been so nice and helpful anytime we had questions or concerns. We even had a special request for our L.O. at nap time and the teachers were happy to accommodate. Fantastic all around!

Kids Educational Center IV is awesome! Our daughter has loved everyone that works there. She has learned so much since she started there 2 years ago. Everyone is friendly and there dropoff and pickup times are very convienant.

Horrible! PLEASE RECONSIDER YOUR CHOICE OF CHILDCARE. YOUR CHILD IS NOT SAFE HERE AND THEY ASK PARENTS TO RIGHT GOOD REVIEWS FOR THEM TO MAKE THEM LOOK GOOD. The director Courtney is really racist, alot of people warned me about her but I didnt believe it until me & my kids experienced it first hand. She will make up any issue as an excuse to disenroll your kids. I have witnessed 1 of the teachers, (an elderly African American lady) yell at the kids & pull at them to make them listen. They are always over ratio in the mornings, mixing the bigger toddlers in with the baby infants causing some of the infants to get walked on by the toddlers . You cant get in touch with the directors until after 9am, They barely answer the phone. Their choice of food for the kids is horrible, they barely provided a full meal for the kids. they don't sanitize the infant toys in the infant room. They claim their camera's DONT work so if your child gets hurt or something happens, just call the police bc they will try their best to cover up the truth. THEY ARE ALWAYS IN VIOLATION WITH THE STATE. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ENROLLING YOUR CHILD

This daycare is excellent and reasonably priced. The staff and management are very caring and treat everyone equally. Our kids have been going here for 6 years with three more to go and my wife and I are extremely pleased.

I am so thankful to have the ladies at this wonderful center take great care of our little munchkins! They have shown nothing but love and support for our guys. When they are dropped off, our worries are free :) Thank you Kids Ed IV!!

This is the worst daycare your child can ever be in. So discriminating and they management just do not care. Some of their teachers are good, but bad bad management. It deserve 0 star.

My son has been in daycare since he was a year old, we transferred to KEC IV a few months after he turned one and he’s been attending every since. He recently got moved to the twos class and he loves it! He is learning so much and has so much fun with the other kids. Majority of the staff here really takes the time to get to know each child’s parent(s) and they are really good at working with you if you come across hard time in any way.

KEC 4 is the best daycare around. The teachers are great and really care about the children. The administration are top notch professionals who provide a concierge level of service. The assistant director (Courtney) is extremely helpful and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy. My daughter loves it there too! I have friends that also take their children there and they love it as well. Besides being a great daycare the price can not be beat. I know so many people that pay up to double what I pay and don't get the level of service that Dare and Courtney provide.
