Courtney Branch is the best of best at just tires in knightdale. Always welling to go above and help everyone. He as helped me the last 2 times i have gone to just tire in knightdale. Gives me all the information i need and helps me in getting the best tire for my car. He should be running that places! Runs the front and back like i have never seen at a tire places. He needs a rise and bouns.

Took longer than quoted, however the customer service was above and beyond. Carlton helped me deal with an issue involving my Goodyear credit card and provided great customer service while helping me find a good deal and rebate on tires after my original pick was discontinued and unavailable . Will definitely be getting my next set of tires here.

I’ve been a Just Tires customer for many years. Thus was the first time I’ve needed the folks in Knightdale but they didn’t disappoint! Fast friendly AND in the long run FREE! I was shocked when they told me it was a complimentary repair to my tire!! I’m a lifelong customer and will always spread the word!

Mr. Branch builds long standing relationships with his customer. He provides the best customer service and is always willing to go the extra mile. I have been a long term customer of the Knightdale location. Mr.Beach has shown such grace and has gain a lifetime customer.

My mom was having trouble with her car and had tons of trouble at other shops. Courtney was so knowledgeable and understood what she was trying to explain was going on with the car and helped get everything done quickly. She was so relieved to find someone who would listen to her and explain things where she could understand it.

Brought my sons car here for an oil change and tire rotation. They called us a few hours later to tell us that they couldn’t do it because the dipstick was broken. It wasn’t broken before, so they broke it, then didn’t want to get it out and fix the issue they created and told us we have to bring it to the dealership. Lazy, sloppy, careless staff here clearly. Go right down to the road to Firestone. My husband threw a fit when he realized I brought the car here as he always brings our cars to Firestone so that was my mistake not knowing the difference between the two of them.
