Not helpful. Out of the 3 people sitting behind a desk, Couldn’t even get someone to step outside for a quick look at a scratch to see if it needs painting or can be buffed out. After using them in the past. Won’t use them again.Don’t go without an appointment.

Took my 2015 Tacoma there for tailgate and bumper issues. Staff was phenomenal from front desk, back desk and technicians.... Every experience positive. Got truck back looking brand new and spotless clean! Will definitely use for all my future body shop needs.

After being rear ended the day after I bought my new car, I feel fortunate that the accident occurred near Johnson Auto Body. Despite an auto part shortage, they worked hard to source the parts as quickly as possible to make the repair, and the quality was fantastic. Now over a year later, I don't even think about the fact that my car had a fairly significant (to me) repair only a couple of days into its life. Best to support our locally owned small businesses, especially in the auto body industry.

Johnson Auto Body was amazing. This is my second vehicle they have repaierd and they do quality work. They also handled the rental that made it very efficient. I will definitely refer to anyone that needs body work.

A friend recommended Johnsons, and they are partners with my insurance company: the combination i was looking for! The entire experience was easy and pleasant. They even took care of the rental car return for me, AND cleaned the car inside and out!

Had an issue on my 2023 Silverado where the driver's side rear quarter panel had deep scratches. My fault backing into a mailbox. Todd and team did a marvelous job making the damage go away. Looks like new !!!! Many thanks.

Johnson Auto Body was amazing. Quality work and came back beautiful. I searched for Johnson auto body after my mom had work done at a larger well known auto body place in Raleigh. Her car came back smelling like they dumped an ashtray inside. Johnson Auto Body delivered the car back way better than we dropped it off. 10 out of 10 would recommend. If I have to use again, we will definitely be going back.
