I just dropped my tire off there today to be repaired. Hoping to get it back today. Our next step will be a full oil change and tune-up and whatever. We have two vehicles. Just dropping my tire off was it good enough experience to return for the tune-up / oil change / whatever else we can have done. But Brandon at the front desk was awesome and helpful and informative. This office is clean and organized and the whole building looks real clean and organized. They're a very busy branch. I will update the review after we have some more stuff done. Excellent experience so far. Thank you

Brandon was awesome - provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond when needed. Really rare to interact with people providing this level of customer service today and willing to go the extra mile. Can say enough about the effort he put in to help out a customer.

Prompt and detailed service. Scheduling is easy, and easy to get in contact with techs.

UPDATE: After receiving advice from a Sheriff in NC, I had my small claims case I won in Oct 2022 against Firestone/Bridgestone transferred to Tennessee in 2023. It didn’t take long before they had their legal team contact me after getting served at their headquarter office in TN. They said they didn’t want the Sheriff to go out and seize property at any of their stores because it has happened before. Not surprised! The best advice I can give is PURSUE THEM IF THEY WRONG YOU. I received the max amount allowed in small claims court, as well as payment for other expenses. Their rep had the nerve to state to me, “You know your truck’s not worth that”. Not sure I mentioned this before, but they were replacing all of the fuel injectors right before the damages occurred. They started it up and immediately knew by the sounds heard that they messed up. There was NOTHING else wrong with my truck before that. It had been maintained well. It was so much unnecessary stress since they could’ve paid the dealership for the repair services in the beginning. This was THE WORST experience I’ve ever had dealing with a company. I wish I could’ve run them out of business, at least in NC.
Initial post:
“WE DAMAGED ENGINE REF TO CLAIMS FOR REPAIR”. Firestone (Knightdale) damaged my Suburban engine on 8/2/22 and has not lived up to their guarantee to do right by this customer. They had my truck towed to a GMC dealership on 8/8/22 while a Bridgestone rep helped in their deceptive business practices by stating they’d do an engine replacement. YES, Firestone redirected their responsibility to repair my vehicle by hiding behind their corporate rats. A $10K repair estimate later, then Bridgestone paid the $536.76 diagnostics bill on 8/23/22, declined the engine repairs, and tried to offer me a settlement for pocket change, which I’ve declined. They’re a billion dollar company that won’t pay for vehicle damages they caused!
I NEVER asked anybody for money. If they wanted to pay me directly instead of the dealership, then that offer should’ve covered enough to repair or replace my vehicle. They’ve wasted a month of my time and I still don’t know what their mechanic dropped into my SUV. Firestone accepted fault, said they’d make it right and left me hanging. Their Store Mgr (Robert) and Area Mgr (Bradley) are full of it. That “Triple Promise” is a gimmick to earn trust. I’ve followed up multiple times to see if they would honor what they said they’d do on 8/2/22, repair my engine.
The Bridgestone Claims Reps could only apologize and say the store should not have stated they’d pay for the damages since they didn’t know how much it would cost. I call BULL on that. The Store Mgr said he’s worked at Firestone for 24 years. It would be pathetic if he hasn’t gained enough knowledge to know how much engine replacements will cost, so he can ensure his team avoids damaging one. I’m no mechanic and I even have that basic understanding.
The New Bern Ave store is no better. I left one auto shop headache in Raleigh, only to have a migraine in Knightdale. FYI, I’ve learned Bridgestone is self-insured. In short, that means you can be sure Bridgestone will look out for themselves. The Knightdale store should’ve taken this loss. Mistakes happen, but only cold-hearted people will let someone else pay for their mistakes. They could’ve done it as a charitable donation, but definitely DON’T SCREW OVER CUSTOMERS. I dare them to comment that I’m lying. They stated what they did on my invoice.??????????

Friendly/ attentive service, great products, same day service even with a drop in situation. I have tires from this location with warranty and roadside hazard insurance. I had an unexpected blow out of one tire on the highway when I ran over some debris in the road. I dropped in to see if they could help me same day. They didn’t have the tire in their store but were able to obtain one within 2 hrs while I ran some errands and once they they had the tire I inly had to wait for half hour to have it mounted. With my roadside hazard insurance it only cost $47. Thanks Firestone!!

Place was great when it first opened, but now the service is just terrible for tire service. Discount tire right down the road is much better.

car sat in the air for an hour an a half untouched, workers kept hiding, didn’t look at everything i requested, didn’t tell me that they didn’t look over everything, receipt came back saying incorrect things about my car, after replacing my tires they didn’t return all the caps that went over the bolts (i put them back on), they didn’t return any of the twist tops that go over where you fill the tires with air, and on my way home my “check tires” light came on, i will never go back to a firestone????

I have been meaning to leave this review but after the 3rd time I have received service here I am finally getting around to it! Anyways, I always have had a good experience at this Firestone location. The gentleman working in there are always kind, helpful, and transparent with me about what is going on with my vehicle and what it needs. I highly recommend!

I came for the state inspection and was told it failed, no issue with that part, but I was told it failed because of the following: cabin air filter, battery corrosion, tints too dark, worn out tires. Then I was told an upcoming sale of spend $600 get $100 off tires. Turns out the only thing the car failed was tints! The rest was to try to get me to buy tires and pay for unnecessary work! Now I don’t trust this facility at all and I’ve told everyone in my home not to take cars here.

First time here as I just moved to Zebulon and this is the closest. I was impressed esp since my old Firestone in Cary was not as good

I made a reservation on line on a Sunday and managed to get an appointment. They removed a nail and fixed my tire for a fair price. One of the gentlemen in there does not know where the water heater OR the water shut off valve is in his house. He will have some interesting stories one day.

During a recent visit to a friend in the area, I entrusted him with the task of servicing my vehicle's brakes. However, upon further inspection, it came to my attention that the wire was visible within my tires. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, I promptly contacted the establishment and communicated the pressing need for tire replacement. I was fortunate to be assisted by Kalsey, who demonstrated exceptional patience, kindness, and understanding throughout the interaction.
