This dunkin' is one of my go-to work area dunkin' donuts. A couple things to note for this location is they currently are not offering dine or order-in and are currently requiring use of the drive through. The drive through is located around the rear of the building down a hill, a little sketchy of a bend up a hill so larger vehicles may want to look at another option(s). I have never had an incorrect order from here and they are always very nice when I am there. I would not suggest the chicken sandwich it is not very good. This location also shares a baskin robins so you can get dessert with your breakfast.

Very disappointing. Staff is slow, need some training on customer service. You must check your order before you leave the drive thru. Put soiled napkins in the bag with coffee rings on it, excessive butter on bagels and half cooked bacon. I've tried them a few times and the service is getting worst each time. Keep driving!

This particular Dunkin has gone downhill in recent years. Was always my go-to morning stop. Last 5 times I have been through the drive thru... order has been wrong. Too much trouble to get back in that horrible line, horrific wait times. Today I ordered bacon egg and cheese wrap and got mini pancakes. Amazed at how inept the staff is. Drive thru is the only thing you need to worry about. No one is allowed in the store. Doors are locked so no foot traffic. I for one am just done. Only wish I could give less than a star.

I'm sure they are understaffed, but they refused to make a sandwich that they missed when I ordered at the window bc they were behind on orders. Their response was totally unapologetic and borderline rude. Tried to re-order inside but it was closed. I paid for their mistake.

Visited this location 12/7/21 around 1230pm. There are 2 front door entrances, and both doors were locked. After knocking and making eye contact with an associate inside, I was never acknowledged. I Was unable to reach an employee by phone, however Myself and a friend went thru the drive thru and got assistance right away.The lady taking our order claimed she was unable to hear me and asked me to pull around to the window. I do not drive a loud vehicle nor were there any overpowering surrounding loud noises to cause her to not be able to understand my order (English is my first language).I informed her that myself and a friend were at the both front doors trying to get in and the doors were locked. Also, informed her, that I did make eye contact with an associate and was ignored. She assured me they were drive thru only and the sign was on the door. I told her that there was NOT a sign on either door indicating they were drive thru only. She assured me there was a sign and I overlooked it, there was zero Accountability or even an offer of doublechecking. Pretty much saying I was wrong and she was right.After getting the order, and pulling back around, to OUR surprise there was a newly placed sign on BOTH doors saying "OPEN but Drive thru Only."The food is great, but the integrity, customer service, and accountability for this location is completely off. I will NOT be returning. Moving forward I will be taking photos to better corobarate my experinces.

Donut seemed day old already. Kind of dry. Figure out how to store properly to seal in freshness. Tables were crummy and wobbly.

This place is a trainwreck. The staff has a hard time hearing what you are saying so you get abominations like this. Asked for a ham and cheese on a plain bagel and got ham and cream cheese. To try and get it corrected without going through the broken, busted, and busy drive-through again, you are locked out. The signs all say they are open as long as you wear a mask but the doors are completely locked. All those working there seem to be students who are just there for a other part-time job, don't really care, and either half-wear a mask or don't wear one despite the fact that the drive window is only one foot from the car. All around a terrible experience.

Today I randomly walked in to Dunkin’ Donuts in Knightdale for a pick me up as I was waiting on my kids dinner. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Richard. You are truly amazing not many people you come in contact with now in days go above and beyond for someone. Thank you for you kind gesture and kind words! Dunkin you truly have a great one!

This morning was the last time I will visit. I threw my food and drink in your parking lot for your horrible staff to clean up. After getting my order messed up every single visit, not listening, never any receipt, then telling me I would have to go wait in line again in the drive through and refusing to come to the door and handle this, that’s it. Garbage company and employees, I am done.

For THIS location, drive through service is not good. If you want just straight regular coffee and donuts, your probably fine. But if you order anything else, they might screw your order up. I asked if they had any POPPY seed bagels. Why you want to tell me about sesame seed?.Fine. Give me an egg bagel. Huhh? Boy was so confused , I said plain bagel. I asked for a TURKEY SAUSAGE egg and cheese on a toasted bagel. The young man kept saying bacon. I had to keep correcting him. They got the sausage right, but the bagel wasn’t toasted.I asked for a medium hazel nut coffee black. The young man kept asking if I wanted cream and sugar. No cream or sugar; plain black. What do I get? Cream and enough sugar for 20 coffees.At this locations drive through, keep it simple. REAL simple.

Will not return….woman behind counter after counting money did not wash her hands. Place is filthy the doughnut racks are stacked on the floor by the front door to be picked up in the morning and be refilled.

Coffee grounds in my ice coffee on three separate occasions. The staff do not care about anything.Edited a month later tried it again there still coffee grounds in my coffee like that’s literally the point of your business how can you mess it up
