My wife and I come here anytime we need a tire replaced or patched. Everyone here has been super helpful and they have had the best prices. Definitely recommend coming here before going to the 2 other tire places close by here.

I've been getting tires from here for awhile now. All tires have warranty where if I get a nail or whatever they will patch or plug, at least that's what I thought that came with buying tires from them .i went yesterday to get a tire patched but when I got there the guy wanted to talk about tread and everything else other than what came for. The guy keep trying to sell me a new tire which I didn't need cause I knew my tire could be patched or plugged so why would I buy a new tire that isn't needed. But they sent me off without fixing it and saying it can't be fixed which I already knew it can be fixed so why would I waste my time coming but obviously did I wasted gas and $10 to buy plugs so I can plug it myself and now my tire is fine holding up air with no leak.I won't be shopping with discount tires ever again.

Carl was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. I purchased 4 new tires and they had my vehicle complete around an hour later. Very detailed and he did not try to sell me the most expensive tires they had which I appreciated.

Service at the front desk was kind, but when the technician rolled the car out, he left the car in fourth where it rolled into the parking barrier and there were stains on the steering wheel and door handle.

Had a great experience with them! Made an appt quickly online, got there a little early and they weren't crazy busy, so they started on my tires asap. They found a nail, patched it, and sent me on my way. Everyone I saw was polite and helpful. They didn't try to push new tires on me, just explained I'm getting close and to be sure to keep an eye on them. Will definitely book and buy with them when the time comes.

Brought tires from this location and just realized they are the wrong tires for my Lexus! Very disappointed due to them not catching this!

I was a walk-in for a flat. Service was excellent. Team members worked fast and efficiently. Did a great job at explaining the entire process and keeping me informed throughout. I really appreciate honesty and transparency on pricing.

Look no further. The employees at discount tire in Knightdale were so incredibly helpful, trustworthy and ethical. So many shops in the area can’t be trusted and only want to make a quick buck however I’d recommend this discount tire location to anyone looking to have their tires serviced. They staff are honest, hard working, knowledgeable. They were heaven sent.

This is the best tire shop in NORTH CAROLINA, (Wake County Raleigh area) THEY CARE ABOUT HELPING YOU...ESPECIALLY BRANDON, CHRIS, AND MIKE! THEY ORDERED MY RIMS AND TIRES ASAP !! AND HELPED ME CHOOSE THE CORRECT TIRES FOR MY 1972 CHEVROLET SHORTBED. !! TODAY MAY 14th 2024, I HAD TIRES REPLACE ON MY 2020 HONDA ACCORD 2. O SPORT AND OF COURSE I WENT STRAIGHT TO DISCOUNT TIRE AGAIN, AND LIKE ALWAYS THEY WERE VERY PROMT AND PROFESIONAL WITH ME, SO HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE, THANK YOU MIKE AND CHRIS I'm A HAPPY CUSTOMER, THANK YOU . and I will be back in 45,000 miles, lol, before then I will be back for my free rotation and care for my new tires ? ?( like you all always do )

Had a blow out with a tire that could not have been taken care of with their insurance/certificate however they did. I have been going to this location for years and will continue to do so because of this.
