Went in to have phone reactivated on a 10GB plan ($40/mo) and YERLIN M said I HAD to have unlimited plan ($60/mo) in order to reactivate phone which is NOT true. He also put their protection plan on my account without even asking me? ($8/month extra charge) most likely to pump his stats up... sad. Had to call and speak to a manager 2 times to get my account resolved. Do not trust these ppl whatsoever.

Worst phone service in existence. Customer service is a nightmare. They'll tell you whatever they need to to keep you on the hook for weeks or months then deny everything.

I had an issue with my SIM card and didn't remember my security code. Chris and Lizabeth were patient and suggested different possible pins until we stumbled on the right one to get into my account. They swapped the SIM card and now my phone is working fine. Great service!!!!

Good customer service, the 2 young guys are very respectful and friendly ?, just the store in general needs to bring more devices and accessories to make them a good Cellphone store that's why I don't give them 5 stars

I locked my phone so I came to get a factory reset. They told me they couldn't do that here. And I had to call the brand name of the phone. The brand name service couldn't help me so they sent me back to cricket to do a reflash/reset. I went back here they said they couldn't do it so what good is it to buy a phone from here and they can't help you.So I cancelled my service with the young lady that day. The next month I get billed again. I call the store back to seek answers and a refund. She said she was sorry that it may have been a new person helping me and that I can't get a refund. I asked for the manager on 3 different occasions and they all said she had my information and would call me back. Sounds like someone is either lying and giving me the run around. I can't go to customer service because I don't have my pin and the phone is locked so they can't text me another option. So I get nowhere with them. All I can say is you got me cricket. You WON'T get anymore of my money.

Came by to pick up a TV that I ordered online. Trey was already outside helping another customer. Told me to go inside for faster service. Within seconds he came back to my aide and got my TV, then assisted me to put it into my vehicle. Great customer service. Thanks Trey!
