“All employees demonstrate empathy and understanding. Excellent customer service. I was upset about the death of my mother when I picked up the car. That CSR handled it flawlessly and was able to relate. He needs a raise asap. If you don’t I’ll pay it out of my pocket. Actually that goes for the whole store. Service before self.”
