The are able to work miracles. I bought a dress from Chic Prom in Raleigh and they over charged me for the dress. Then they were supposed to order a new dress in a size 6 and alter it to my daughter's size 0 and charged me for that. Chic prom lied about ordering the a size 6 they went in there back room and altered a size 8 but never refunded my rush delivery fee. The alterations for her dress from Chic prom was a mess. If it wasn't for Nidia Bridal Boutique I would have cried bc of the bad experience I had with Chic Prom. Big difference with Nidia, I thank this company for everything they have done to revive and save my daughter's dress. Her sweet 16 is on Saturday.
