This Knightdale location could be amazing if it were cleaned and maintained properly. Dryer lint has never been emptied and can cause your clothes to smell awful if you find a smelly dryer. Floors are covered in lint, tables in spills, and trash cans over flowing. Prices are cheap, but that's the only plus.

I originally stopped going to this cleaner because of how rudely they treated a customer in-front of me one day. It’s been a year and I thought I’d give them another chance. Sure enough, my second visit (I drop off dry cleaning every week) my shirt comes out with white stains all over it. No one tells me this at pickup, I get home and there’s a tag saying “Sorry, we couldn’t get out your stain.” I didn’t have a stain when I dropped everything off, so I went back and asked for an explanation. They tell me there was a pen in my pocket (I have no pockets in my shirt). I explained that, then asked why nothing else was stained or damaged and was told they were able to get the ink out of everything but these pants. Please note, there are only white, bleach looking, stains. They refused any kind of refund or credit. So, I recommend June’s Tailor & Cleaners.

This was my first time at the laundromat. One of the customers was kind enough to assist with how to purchase a card to wash and dry. There where no instructions, that I saw, on the machine or posted what kind of card was needed. The machine to purchase a card did not show a balance was added to the card but ask for “bill applicator”. We finally got the card approved but my balance was $19 instead of $10 as requested. The owner stated he could not refund me for the extra charge. I was very disappointed at how this establishment was run.

The store has been under new management. They provide really great service. Same day service when I bring garments I pick it up same day that is really convenience for me.

I had fantastic experience at this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and my clothes came back looking brand new. They even manage to remove a stubborn stain that I thought was impossible to get out.

Please if you have had your clothes dry cleaned here within the past 3 weeks and you have gotten a smell in your clothes please let me know. please avid them please I promise they are trash and aren't honest when they make mistakes.

I picked up some leather pants 2 weeks ago they cleaned and when I wore them they burnt my skin. It was a bad chemical burn. Whatever chemical they used is harmful. I have been trying to call them but Noone will answer phone. I am seeking advice of legal counsel to see what can be done. I attach photos of burn.
