I just dont understand why at suntrust/truist it literally takes 30 minutes to withdrawal cash..no matter if its in raleigh knightdale..wherever..its ridiculous..late coming back from lunch break!! you all need to update your process or hire more people!!!

Can anybody tell me why this ATM machine is down almost everytime I go up here, for days on end!! Absolutely ridiculous! It's two days before Christmas and now I either have to go across town to another one or pay a fee at a different bank. It's time to get another bank all together!

If you love a bank that doesn't answer the phone, doesn't have a branch manager to speak to, and love waiting in long lines while you wait for mediocre customer service, this is the spot!
