The worst location! Trevor and William are rude to business owners , refuse to do their job and charge the commercial batteries we purchased on warranty with them for our box trucks. We’ve already contacted managers and will be contacting Mr Robert Spenc Tom as well. Trevor told lies, was very rude and from what the other manager told me- his manager Gregory is the same way. I will be leaving a review with bbb as well. Trevor is going to cause and has caused you all to loose business! Do better!

Stopped by when they opened on a Saturday am to purchase a battery. The employee seemed disinterested. At any rate, I purchased the battery. After 5 minutes of effortlessly attempting to change the battery he said he didn’t have the correct tools to remove it. There was no interest. I just asked for a refund. I drove 10 minutes away to the Atlantic location (only because this establishment has the name brand battery I wanted) and they changed the battery and was courteous in the progress. I don’t understand customer service today. I do know I do not plan on returning to the KNIGHTDALE location.

Need six special batteries for a GEM car (LSV). Batteries Plus gave me a lower price than Amazon and a credit on the returned bad batteries core. Professional and friendly service, will use them again.

I ordered online and my order was ready in less than 5 minutes. More importantly, I had a car with a dead battery in the parking lot and the staff member was very attentive to me and several other customers simultaneously.

I would like to start by saying their customer service was top notch, I had no problems with that.I have an older iphone and my phone was in good shape, I just needed a battery replacement. The first battery they gave me number one is not an apple battery which surprised me but it was completely defective. Plus while they were putting it in they messed up the screen temporarily.I came back the next day and they told me that yeah the battery was likely defective so I came back AGAIN the day after. Three trips later I finally have a good battery and my screen is okay.Fast forward not even two months later and my battery is dying at the same rate it had before. I am now going to go somewhere where they actually use an apple battery but I am still extremely frustrated. I wasted three trips and over $100 when other places offer the same service for $80 AND they actually use a proper part.

Came here to get a iPhone 11 screen replaced. It was quick, came back a couple hours later and it was replaced. Problem was that some screen code wasn't put in when replaced and the phone will not work the same anymore as that original apple screen code is for that particular phone. Phantom touches and no auto dimming. The screen randomly turns on as well. Went back and replaced the screen again and that's how they figured out that the person that fixed it the first time forgot to input that code. I got a refund so it's all good. I found it a bit odd that they were so nonchalant to ask you to leave your phone with them unlocked. They said if I didn't then I would have to test it when I pick it up. I came back and they asked for my phone password to unlock it to test it but I declined to give it to them. I unlocked it myself and handed it back so they can tear it in front of me. People. Please don't leave your phone unlocked with anyone. There's a lot of valuable information, pictures, etc for that. If you take your phone to get fixed I'm sure they will do a good job. Mistakes happen. I didn't like that they expected me to leave my phone unlocked with them and come back hours later.
