Batteries Plus offers horrible phone repair services.
Newman the so-called manager at the Knightdale store is more interested in diagnosing the scratches on my phone than the actual problem. He claims Samsung will not honor warranty due to scratches on the outer casing.
They sent me to two stores and the first one (Durham) claimed they didn't have the correct tool after ordering the parts and taking my phone in for service.
After dropping off my phone, the first repair guy is leaving me a message before I get to work 15 mins later claiming he does not have the proper tool to do the repair. So they sent me to Knightdale who is supposed to complete the repair.
I get to Knightdale a week later because they have to ship the part to the other store. And then Newman, the self proclaimed manager is a professional warranty expert for Samsung per his nonchalant smug voice. They wasted 2 weeks of my time knowing they were not going to repair my phone.
Fortunately, I went to a different company (I Break U FIx) and my phone was repaired with a different resolution and diagnosis by trained professionals and not fake technicians.
Save your money and time by not going to this store or the Durham store for phone repairs.I will buy a new phone before going to this place again.
I really don't appreciate how they made me feel as a customer. Newman's handling of me from the very first call showed clear avoidance of addressing my issue. He needs more training if he is a true manager.
These guys at both stores claim they are so busy but there is never anyone in the store. Durham is no better. The guy who ordered my part let the other guy look for the part for ten minutes and then spoke loud enough that he never told me he had the part on hand a day before.
You all have lost a good customer due to poor customer service.

MY CROWN ON MY WATCH WAS BROKEN WHEN THEY PUT BATTERY IN MY WATCH. I JUST SET TIME ON WATCH RIGHT BEFORE GIVING THEM THE WATCH. WHEN THEY GAVE IT BACK CROWN WAS BROKEN.

my phone had been acting up recently every time i would put it in the charger, it wouldnt catch a charge. This morning I found my phone dead, and when I put it on the charger, nothing. I assumed by phone battery was fried and needed to be replaced, so I headed here expecting to buy a new battery and spend over $100. However, as soon as I hand the gentlemen my phone at the register, he is able to detect the issue and that my charging port was pretty clogged. He took it to the back and cleaned it in about 5 minutes and put it on the charger and it was back to life. I asked if I could leave it there to charge while I went around and shopped at another store, to which he told me it was okay. I come back to get my phone and only ended up spending $10 for a cleaning service, versus going out and spending $100+ for a new battery. 10/10 experience, highly recommended!

My visit could have been Thirty-Forty Five minutes shorter if two or more manned the site. The young man at the site were professional,skilled and patient, but he had to man the store to take care a customer who came in while he was providing attention to a customer. It's very interesting to see what the profit and revenue annually. This is a managerial and leadership issue that needs to be addressed to show appreciations for subordinates and unscheduled events and circumstances.

The worst location! Trevor and William are rude to business owners , refuse to do their job and charge the commercial batteries we purchased on warranty with them for our box trucks. We’ve already contacted managers and will be contacting Mr Robert Spenc Tom as well. Trevor told lies, was very rude and from what the other manager told me- his manager Gregory is the same way. I will be leaving a review with bbb as well. Trevor is going to cause and has caused you all to loose business! Do better!

Stopped by when they opened on a Saturday am to purchase a battery. The employee seemed disinterested. At any rate, I purchased the battery. After 5 minutes of effortlessly attempting to change the battery he said he didn’t have the correct tools to remove it. There was no interest. I just asked for a refund. I drove 10 minutes away to the Atlantic location (only because this establishment has the name brand battery I wanted) and they changed the battery and was courteous in the progress. I don’t understand customer service today. I do know I do not plan on returning to the KNIGHTDALE location.

Need six special batteries for a GEM car (LSV). Batteries Plus gave me a lower price than Amazon and a credit on the returned bad batteries core. Professional and friendly service, will use them again.

Courteous profesional staff, in and out in 5 minutes.
Had to buy a replacement battery for my lawnmower. Only comes with a 6 month warranty, come on Batteries Plus, you can do better.
