I was very disappointed with the services I received this past week. Front seats left with crumbs(not vacuumed) & many other areas in the front area not wiped. Services has been going down over the last few months (I’ve been a regular customer over the last 3-4 years). I do have pictures I would like to share with a manager if contacted.

I couldn't get parked fast enough to write this review everyone! I come here all the time and I've just been waiting to write a 5 star review when I got to experience one. They were respectable, punctual, professional, and courteous. The gentleman at the beginning understood my needs and got me smiling and on my way. I got the rain repellent wash and I have never been more happier with my results. Happy you all finally have a great crew. Keep up the good work. You will be successful, I guarantee it!

Got the full package..not just the base wash. Ironically, I stopped at a restaurant after AB. Opened the hatch, and it had not been touched. Had to go back to get them to finish what they were supposed to do to start with. Also, they did not clean between the front seats.
Definitely a pecking order there..bunch of youngsters don't know who the boss was..I will not go back to this location..maybe ill try the one on Millbrook rd next time.

The inside of my vehicle was not cleaned well or throughly vacuumed. I should not see dirt as soon as I open the door. Very disappointing. The workers did not seem like they were serious about their job.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I would say don't waste your time, but it only took them 20 minutes to not do anything. We are headed out on a road trip and I wanted at least a vacuumed wiped down car. They neglected to vacuum anywhere between the seats or where we asked them to get. Not one door was wiped down either. It looks exactly how it did before we took it. I guess it's true what they say, "If you want it done right, do it yourself".

Updated: from for star to one star. The younger guys on weekends are so careless and unprofessional. This is the third time my car has lbeen left unsatisfactory

Auto Bell really needs to look at this store in Knightdale and the reviews that have been posted lately. I have been taking vehicles to this location for years and my last experience a week ago will probably be my last. In the past they were hustling, working hard to get vehicles in and out. This last time I went not only were they working at a snails pace but they missed so much and my vehicle looked so bad I went home and spent 45 minutes getting what they missed. Step it up.

The interior cleaning at this autobell is poorly done. Dust all over the dash, crumbs still in seats and cup holders, and it doesn't look like the back seats were even wiped.

You pay to much money and get a bomb job done to your vehicle. These kids really don't care how they clean your car leaving unfinished vacuum windows streaks, dirty floor mats and you pay that services they cleaning no way near the money you pay. Will not be back.????

The wait time for a simple dry-off/wipe down when only an exterior wash is completed is absolutely ridiculous for the length of time. It’s evident Autobell does NOT have enough staff assigned at each location; especially during the busy spring and summer seasons!
