I always call and order new phones however, this time I had to go in the store and I was extremely surprised with how amazing the customer service was at this location. Ivonne was extremely informative and made the experience good.

Terrible warranty and upgrading is only limited to pristine trade-ins. This makes me consider switching to another carrier. I was referred to go to Apple for them to fix, and they sent me back to AT&T. NO HELP!

Came in today to switch to ATT and get new phones. Gabby helped us navigate through all of the options and answered all of questions, we walked out with new phones and a new provider. I cannot say enough about how pleasant and smooth our experience was. Gabby is very knowledgeable and very personable making it, dare I say fun! In my experience, new phone day can be a pain but today has changed my mind. If you haven’t visited this location, you should. The store is well kept with friendly, knowledgeable staff and an overall great atmosphere, highly recommend!

They were quick to serve, but were unable to figure out why I cannot access 5G on my new Samsung phone. Their best answer wax LTE is same as 5G.

Shout-out to Gabby! She helped me switch over our phones from another provider yesterday. Very knowledgeable, Great at multitasking, Customer Friendly and overall knows her job! She was able to help us and several others all at the same time and smile! I will be visiting this store when needed.Gabby, this is the 2-Star review I said I would give you!

Come on down if you want to experience what it's like to experience old timey bloodletting. Not only is their store manager extremely unhelpful, but most of the salespeople have been nothing but warm bodies. They told us one specific deal, and after we fulfilled our end of the bargain they pulled the rug and expected almost 3 times the originally agreed upon payment for their own issue. We talked to their corporate, who told us that they have extreme issues with this specific location, but guess who we were stuck dealing with for the time being? These dirt bags. Not only that, but after leaving to go grab something and leaving my partner in store, one of the associates had the great idea to try and bad mouth me to my partner. So just know that if you come here you're getting made of fool of in location, and after you leave. Absolutely will not recommend.

The store is very unprofessional. The Spanish who helped me was on her cell phone the whole time talking about how bad her stomach was hurting from hanging out the night before. She told I would get a $600 credit for my phones if I traded them in. She rings me up for the new phones charges my card for activation fees then tells me afterwards I could get the $600 credit. So I ask for my money back and she tells me I would be charged another $110 for restocking fees for phones I never touched or put in my possession. So be careful and don’t get scammed out your money

Rodney was the absolute best! I had smashed my phone and needed a replacement. He was quick to help, found me discounts for my bill without having to ask and was the nicest. He was efficient throughout and had me in/out.

Rick....the store manager, was awesome. He immediately saw me with no wait. He listened to my issue and gave me reasons and solutions for my problem. He updated my software and installed a new Sim card because the one I had was a 4g Sim card. Great customer service and he fixed the problem of my phone being so slow in 5g areas.

I came to this store today around 430pm and I walked in, said hello, how are you and only one person spoke which was (now knowing his name) Seth. The other girl sat on her phone and completely ignored me and my family. Ok fine, let me not acknowledge her because she is rude. I proceed to ask Seth about getting another phone for my mother and began explaining to him it was cracked and I wanted to get another one. She instant jumped up and started talking. First of all, aint nobody talking to you, have some customer service etiquette. Second of all, why are telling Seth what to tell me?? No ma'am, I began to ask SETH, what does your tablet say, simply because I believe what she had to say. She very rude and kept telling him, oh we can't take it back, wrong you can take I back, so I asked Seth, well what am I paying insurance for? Here she go again inserting herself where she don't belong. I could have asked who is helping me, you or her bc at that point it was obvious she was being petty. Then some other lady came out and just stood on the end of the table. She didn't acknowledge herself no kind of way like a bully. She just stood and watched like she was gone do something, no ma'am, no fear here. She proceed to say call the insurance company and they will send you another phone and take the cracked on back. I was like thank you SETH. The women in this establishment need training and common courtesy for their customers because things could have easily went a different way. Needless to say I will NEVER go back there. This is why I do most of my transactions online now of people like that. I pray corporate management see this and make changes because it is needed.

To leave a fair and honest review, I have two issues. Issue number one I was supposed to be signed up for unlimited extra, not unlimited premium. That issue was resolved, issue number two. No one told me about the 5G access fee, its $30. No one at ATT told me about it till it was added to my cell phone bill. I’ve had to put a lot of effort into my bill being what I was quoted, not a good start for ATT. I am ending up paying up to 40 dollars more than what I was quoted. I can’t tell anyone to use or not to use ATT just be aware there is a $30 fee for 5G access and I was not informed of this and it is a non-optional fee for this area. Time will tell a little more how I end up feeling about ATT cell phone service.

Griselda was amazing! She was SO knowledgeable and efficient! She helped me get a plan and phone that I wanted. It was the first time being in a cell phone store for less than an hour and a half! Bravo team, you have a gem with her being a part of it!

A couple of recommendations: 1) Don't EVER go in here. I went at 12pm on a Monday and there were no customers and they still cared very little about talking to me. 2) This is a reseller store, not a company store, so might explain #1. They said they could not help me with my port that I had already started, but if they did help me I would not get any of the deals on the AT&T website unless I talked to Customer Support and they detailed it on the account. 3) Get a Costco membership and go there.
